I have been getting my hair cut here for 10+ years and both my kids (sons) get theirs cut here as well. This is true barber shop, very very clean cuts, cannot recommend highly enough !

I had a vowel renewal yesterday and my hair was full of products from it being styled. I did a walk in for shampoo, conditioning and blow dry. The staff was wonderful and my hair is so soft. Definitely recommend this place.

I haven't had a haircut anyplace else since they opened (except for one while on an extended vacation). I have my regular guy, and I've tried the other barbers and I've never once left unhappy. They recently expanded and remodeled so the physical space is also "Lookin' Good".
They also have female stylists.
Staff is fluent in Spanish and English
Customers are just as diverse as the city its located in. Its a very welcoming place.

They were forced to close due to Covid-19 for quite a while, so its a good time to check them out.

I moved back to CT last year and found these guys over the summer. Thank God I did!
They are the greatest! Because of my work I can never schedule a haircut so I always do walk-in. I’ve now had a haircut from everyone (guys) in the place, and every time it’s oerfext!
They listen to how you want your hair cut and they make sure you like how they cut it, and everyone in there is super friendly!
The price is great and I’ve never waited more than 10 min.

Kind of new to the area and was apprehensive about trying a new stylist. Mercedes was recommended to me because I needed someone that is familiar with African American hair. She was able to see me the same day I reached out, which I appreciated. She is friendly, fast and did a fantastic job with my haircut. Absolutely loved it!!!

I've been going here for 8 years plus. I always ask for Eddy! He is a amazing barber remembers you by name and treats you as if you are family! I highly suggest Lookin Good! Every barber is skilled in this place trust me!

At Lookin' Good there are two extremely talented hair stylists for mens hair. Their names are Ray and Ricky. They have been cutting my hair for the last 10 years and I get an amazing looking cut every time. I had a few bad experiences at other salons years ago, and I am so glad I finally found a place that styles my hair exactly as I ask them to. They are very professional but at the same time they talk and joke around with you and provide a fun barber shop atmosphere. Some of my female friends also go there to get their hair done and rave about what an amazing job they do. Lookin' Good is the only barber shop I will ever go to now. If you're a man, stop in and ask for Ray or Ricky and I guarantee you will be a satisfied customer.

This place is family. Been coming here for my cuts for 12 years and only go here. That should say enough... Great team of barbers! Can't speak for the ladies but I'm sure they have great hair stylist as well as I see many of the same faces coming back again and again. Can't speak highly enough of this shop.

Been going to Rey since 2004 and never had a bad experience. All the guys in the shop do a solid job. Great conversation and crispy lineups, can't beat em.

I recently went to this salon after I had a really bad incident with another salon whose hair stylist burned my hair and gave me the weirdest looking curls ever AND ON PROM TOO.

The employees here at Lookin' Good are so professional and the stylist that did my hair IS A MIRACLE WORKER. Not only did she fix my hair, she gave me recommendations on aftercare and what I should do with it during prom. I am definitely returning to this salon and would recommend EVERYONE to go because not only do they do women, but men also.

Best thing about going here is they actually LISTEN to you. SO GO. Everyone at prom complimented my hair and I was really happy.

My guys have been going to Ricky at Lookin' Good for years.
I used to go to a local barber 5 minutes from where I live but I'd make an appt, show up on time with my sons and then watch as he took his "boys" in before me. So a switch was in order.

You make an appt with Ricky and he sticks to it. My husband will text him in the morning and I know I will show up with my son and my appt will be honored.

Ricky is extremely skilled with the clippers. My guys like that "edge up" and his work is precise. All 3 get a lot of compliments on their haircuts.
In fact, a good friend of ours is a barber in another state and he asked to come one time so he could watch Ricky and learn from him.

We only go to Ricky however I know all the barbers are very good. Their chairs are always filled when we go.

I went there for the first time today. Rey cut my hair. One of the best haircuts I ever received. Very nice staff. I will definitely return.
