If you or your family ever gets lice the best place to turn is the Lice Treatment Center in Monroe, CT (they also have technicians around the country and make house calls). The owners are hands on and the technicians are excellent. Their products are all organic and gentle on your hair so you are not putting toxic chemicals on your children. We have used them for two separate incidences and both times were completely impressed with their dedication, success in getting rid of the lice and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the only place to call when you have a lice crisis! They are available 24/7 and truly do respond quickly. They will travel outside their primary area to perform home treatments. I suspected that my daughter had lice but wasn't sure. I called the Lice Treatment Center at 9:30pm and Liz responded to me immediately. We talked about my concerns (I wasn't sure if what I was seeing was lice or not) and she had someone come to my house by 9am the very next day. Liz was very patient and understanding (I think she could tell I was in a panic). Shaina, the technician, was fantastic -- super sweet to my children, explained everything as it was happening and provided us with a thorough post-treatment process. The products are all natural and really do work. So happy to know that I have the LTC available to me whenever I may need them. THANK YOU Liz and Shaina!!!!

The Lice Treatment Center is awesome! We have had lice twice in the past three years and both times LTC has come to our rescue. Liz is great; she is always available and answers all questions. Both the technicians have been very professional and informative and the products are all natural and smell great. I highly recommend anyone who discovers their child has lice to call the Lice Treatment Center first.

Last week my daughter came home with lice. This was the second time this year and I was at my wits end. I called Lice Centers of America and they sent a technician out to my house as soon as they could (Liz was so kind - she calmed me down and was available by text if I had any questions). Our technician, Yesenia, was amazing and so efficient. She combed my daughters hair out and got every last egg (this process would of taken me days when it only took her less than 2 hours). She also checked me to confirm that I was lice free. I scheduled a follow up appointment a week later "just to be sure". Yesenia checked both my daughter and I again and we were both good to go. This was a wonderful experience.

Lice Treatment Center's Silvia took such good care of us and did a great job on our daughter's lice. She was just lovely and provided a very calm and soothing demeanor for my daughter. My daughter was able to sit without a complaint for the whole treatment in large part due to Silvia's pleasant and professional attitude. Thanks for the great customer service.

I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. On Christmas Eve no less we were surprised by this "gift". From our contact with Liz in our time of need and then working with Shauny to eradicate these little buggers, this mom's moment of panic turned to ease in dealing with these professionals. We even got a phone call on Christmas Day to see how we were doing and were offered contact at any time to answer questions. Grateful for these amazing people and would highly recommend them!

My wife discovered our three kids had lice soon after they came home from school. She called me while I was at work to tell me the news and we both started to look around for a company to help and both independently found and contacted the lice treatment center.When the owner liz asked where we were located I told them the town we currently lived in, my wife wanting emotional support had brought the kids to her parents house and told liz the town where her parents live ( which is a much wealthier town than were we currently live). I was quoted at $125 per hour while my wife, who had given them the same situation and number of "patients", was quoted at $150. Why is there a $25 per hour difference? Both towns were about the same distance from their office so I don't believe travel costs would be that different especially considering there is a charge for travel. The only reason I can fathom this price difference is simply because one town is known to be wealthier and liz and the rest of her company are being greedy and biased about their clientele. I'm so happy we used a different company!
