Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers

Had a flat, came in tire was not repairable. During my last inspection at the dealership, I was told I needed 4 new tires soon. They were able to get all 4 changed and new brakes installed, quickly and same day.

Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend for anyone needing anything for their vehicle.

I had a great experience at this location today when I wanted to get tires for my car, as a first time tire buyer I was in the dark on what type and how they're matched up with my vehicle. I rarely give 5 stars but it was no question your employee Tom walked me through it and explained why I should be buying the tires I bought and the benefits of using Jack Williams over other tire places. Keep up the great work Tom.

Nino and his team were great. I came in for a tire alignment and to replace tire sensors which was done quickly and professionally. The back shock springs also needed replacing and they were able to get it all done at the same time after ordering some parts. Would recommend them!

I blew a tire out and had to get my car towed over to the tire shop. We didn't get there until 20 minutes before closing and I was afraid they weren't going to he able to help. Instead of telling me I'd have to wait until the next day, they got the car in and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. They even made sure my kids and I were comfortable. Extra thanks to Tom, Asia and Jeff. They were amazing!

I will only ever take my car here, Billy the manager is super helpful and kind, the staff as well. I always feel confident that when I leave here my car is in better shape it was when I brought it in! Highly recommend this Jack Williams in particular.

I rarely go to a garage for anything unless I have too, because I don’t have the equipment to do it myself and usually whenever I do have to I end up regretting it. Not this time, I got 2 tires put on an alignment , the price when I walked in the door was what I paid when I left . It never seems to go that smooth , but happy they didn’t try to screw me . Billy was nice , fair , and comfortable to talk to. Which is typically unheard of when you go to any auto shop, they’re rarely friendly and seem to have an attitude. I will return to this place for my future needs

Great store, awesome service. Everyone who works there is friendly and hands on. They will help you with what you need and go far and beyond to make your experience there great. They did a great job fixing my car. I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone

Nino was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my car in the same day. Not only was it in the same day but completed in less than 1hr. I will definitely be back because of the way I was treated. ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

I want to say thank you so much to the team at Jack Williams on getting me on the road safely, even though I spent my day here on my day off the men here really made me feel comfortable since I didn't have my dad home too do the work like usual! Thank God mom told me leave pep boys! I recommend Jack Williams over pep boys any day. They had parts ordered and delivered here to get the job done! Went over and beyond and treated me like family! I had a wonderful experience today at this location when I came in for two front tires. I was assisted by your associate Tom, he was very kind and patient with my questions, and believe you me I asked quite a few. Lol 🤣 If I need any work on my car in the future I won't hesitate to come here again.

I always get the best service from the JW crew! Tom and Tino helped me out when i got a flat tire today. I was coming from out of state, so it was a relief to get it patched up quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road safely. Thanks guys!

BEST EXPERIENCE AT A SERVICE CENTER YET! I've been a mechanic working on cars doing basic to moderate maintenance on vehicles. Due to injuries I don't have the ability no more. And let me tell you everyone is adamant about doing the job right and fast! 10/10

I recently went here to have a flat tire repaired. The Manager and staff were friendly and courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.!!!

Exceptional business! I was in a pickle with needing a flat repair on a Sunday. Nobody, including me, wants to work weekends - especially Sundays! To my suprise, the tech and front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help me and my family! Very glad to know that good places with good people still exist.
