Karl is the best! He is a very caring, heartwarming individual. He looked out for our family’s best interest to get the job done. Dignity is a wonderful place!

Karl Dellinger was professional, sensitive to our needs, and able to answer all of our questions. The day of the service, which was wet and cold, the staff were warm, kind and courteous.

Over 40 years ago, my husband and I pre-paid for a cremorial and a plot at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. A few years later, we pre-paid for the opening and closing costs. My husband passed away recently, and Karl and the office staff were so kind, compassionate and helpful with everything I needed at a time when everything was confusing and emotional and stressful. I want to thank them for that because it made everything involved a little easier. I want to mention that we saved a significant amount by prepaying all those years ago. It was a worthwhile investment for sure. Tim and I had never gone to the cemetery to see where our final resting place would be, but I must say I am very happy with the brass cremorial, and the cemetery is pretty and well-maintained. It felt very peaceful and serene.

My family buried my grandfather here. Karl guided my us through the process with sincere compassion. The entire process was professional, organized, and completed with the utmost integrity. We were able to ask questions and were made to feel at home. While losing a loved one is never easy Karl and the staff at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens ensured that our Patriarch was laid to rest beautifully. Thank you! - The Samuel Family

Karl Dellinger provided amazing, compassionate support during the planning of my father's memorial service and aftercare. He was very prompt in accommodating requests and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Although Karl could not be present for the service, he entrusted our care with his colleague, Tim. Tim not only reminded me of my dad but gave me a warm bear-hug at the service, just like the ones my dad would give me. My husband and I also have our burial plots at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, so it gives me great comfort that our children will be given the same stellar support during such a difficult time.

Karl went above and beyond in a time that was not easy. He reassured me and listened to me. I had a concern of sitting in the low chair at the graveside and he addressed it immediately. Very pleased with Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

I recently had two meeting with Karl Dellinger family service counselor at the gardens where I had four grave sites that I purchased yrs past. My wife passed away on 4/20/23. One meeting before the funeral and the other after. Karl offered his deepest sympathies for the loss of my wife. After talking with Karl I had a feeling that I knew him for yrs. Very sympathize, kind, and showed sorrow for me and my family. He talked about things that that was to take place before entering the grave site and the policies that should be looked at and read in a pamphlet that he furnished after the interment. My experience with Susquehanna Mem Gardens/Dignity Memorials during interment of both of my parents over the last few years has been excellent.

The representative that I worked with most recently was Karl Dellinger. Throughout the process, he was very helpful, easy to talk to and showed care and concern. While there are many decisions to make for the arrangements, Karl was never in any rush or put any pressure on me to make a quick decision along the way. Additionally, I appreciated the thoroughness that Dignity Memorial has built into their system to make sure that all details were carefully explained and done correctly.

Additionally, Dignity Memorial goes beyond what you would anticipate, that is, selecting a plot/burial site. They also provide information related to coping and healing to help the family as well as important things to consider at the time of loss of a loved one. They do this in an effort to help the family during a very difficult time when it is easy to overlook key steps.

Also, an aspect that I appreciate is the consistent excellent appearance of the Susquehanna Memorial Garden. The grounds are always well maintained.

I recommend that you consider Susquehanna Memorial Gardens/Dignity Memorial for you or your loved one’s final resting place.
