Rocoto - Peruvian & Mexican grill

A great combination of customer service and speedy service. The food was top tier for a fair price as well. This location would be great to try new cuisine if you have never had Peruvian grub.

Everything I've had here is amazing. The braised beef is incredible, the empanadas are the best I've ever had, the Peruvian style ceviche is excellent. I've eaten almost the entire menu. You can't go wrong.

This food is to die for! I always come back for more. The chicken empanadas are so flavorful. Everyone is so nice at rocoto, the service is 10/10.

We've eaten here many times. The food is always amazing as well as the service. I got a pork burrito and they forgot the pork. I asked if they could add some and the owner himself came out to tell me that he was making me a whole new burrito. Then they brought out 2 complimentary empanadas. They always go out of their way to make your experience the best. Love this place. Literally everything on the menu is delicious and comes to your table fast. Buy this is in no way fast food, real deal chef made food. Also this might be the cleanest restaurant I've ever eaten in.

Best food ever! The staff treats me and my fiancé as family. Every once in a while they end up with a staff member who becomes entitled and will try to make them look horrible but the staff who are currently there are absolutely stunning and I couldn’t imagine a better team. The place is always super clean as well and always smells amazing. Could never go wrong!

Wow, what a delight. I had seen the place driving past and finally made it in. I was pleased. The place was clean and open. You order your food, pay and get a coaster that blinks when your food is ready. We had 2 huge burritos, nachos, an empanada and 2 large drinks for $35. I will definitely be going back.

Went back for lunch on March 10th. Great experience. The young man at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. He checked on us often and had a great attitude and was fun to chat with. The food was great. All of the staff were nice, helpful and smiling. I really enjoy this place.

Easily one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. The food is to die for. Everything on their menu is tops, especially the empanadas. Their food always has me coming back, the atmosphere is very elegant and chill, the music is nice, and the owners are some of the nicest people I’ve met.

I loveeeee this place! The customer service is out of this world. I came in with 4-year old and my server was so accommodating and helped calm him down! The food was great so were the drinks. This is an excellent restaurant to bring your family to!!!!!!!

The food here is great! Even when they’re busy, they make quick and consistently good food. More than the food, the chef and the employees are always nice and warm to everyone who comes in. They have music playing in the dining rooms, great decorations, and clean tables. It’s a great place to eat!

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! The quality of food is beyond amazing. Authentic Peruvian food, great options. Atmosphere and decorations are nicely placed and thought about. I can’t say enough about this place. NEED to try!!

I’ve been going here for roughly 2 years and not only is the quality of the food is amazing, the atmosphere is exactly what I would ask for out of a local business. They have expanded into making breakfast, coffee, and a banquet hall. Which goes to show this place is just out of this world. I’ve taken my friends and family about this place. If you are ever in the area, please don’t do yourselves a disservice and go here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience at Rocoto this evening!! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Ray, he is an asset to the restaurant!

The food was delicious. The BBQ pork was sooo good, the chicharron sandwich was great, as were the chicken and beef empanadas. We also enjoyed the chicken and BBQ pork quesadillas. We will definitely return. We look forward to trying out all the other dishes on the menu!

This has become one of my favorite places to eat. Food is always fantastic, hot, and fresh. Very friendly people! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

The place is nothing fancy but the magic word it’s fantastic! Why because you walk-in and the first two things you see is an open clean kitchen. Full of staff working and serving food including the chef owner. Food taste wonderful. Finally It was about time!!

What a wonderful new addition to York! Rocoto has such authentic, delicious food, and their ingredients are so fresh! Furthermore, they keep their place so nice and clean. It is easy to see they strive for excellence! They are a new restaurant, and my family and I have gone back several times because we want to try it all! The empanadas, quesadillas, burritos, the salsa and guac, the fried ice cream, and more...it’s ALL great!! I highly recommend everyone gives this place a try. The prices are very reasonable, as well!

Great food, friendly service, newly renovated. Empanadas are fresh and not fried, amazing. I enjoyed the pulled pork tacos, unique flavors, delightful.

Chef made chili the other day, it's a full on win. the beef flavor comes thru but still pairs well with the vegetables in the base. the kidney beans were tender and well distributed. broth was the right consistency to round out the whole experience.

I have never had a bad experience with the food that was made for me here , from the delicious traditional style tacos , rated #5 in central pa, and the bulky very filling burritos , rocotos will leave you with tingly taste buds, and a desire for more !!! Friends , family’s , and travelers NEED TO try this restaurant!!! It’s one of very few restaurants that uses all fresh ingredients , and greets you with warm and open arms. Much love for everyone there!

What an amazing place! Food is delicious and everyone went above and beyond. Super friendly atmosphere. Definitely coming back!!! 100% recommended. Cheese empanadas were delicious!!!
