My dogs were all cared for by Dr. London for many years himself. I had great respect for this vet because he actually cared about Animals ( not just the check the owner left) I remember many Christmasas ago my yellow lab got her tail caught between the storm door which caused it to bleed with every wag. I called Dr London christmas Eve and unlike most that would refer to local vet hospital he asked me to meet him at his office ASAP. He treated her and took care of all my pets as if they were his own and even when Dr London had health issues he still was always there for my pets. I wish there were more of you out there...what a great veterinary!!

London's Veterinarian office is a top-notch business for pet care. I have been using their services when my pets needed professional help for a couple decades. On my recent visit (January, 2020 ), after a urinalysis & blood work, my 13 year old best friend (kitty cat) was prescribed medicine that allows for her recovery. The entire staff members & Dr. Steely couldn't have been any more helpful. Recommended. Thank you!

Today I had to put my dog down and I want to say thank you to Dr. Dymun and Shari who took such good care of Mickey. It is such a stressful time when you have to think about putting your baby down. They were so caring and thoughtful about my feelings and they were so passionate about doing what’s right for Mickey.From the front of the house to the back of the house everyone was Amazing! Thank you again Dr Dymun and Shari you truly made today so much better. As hard as it was for me to walk into that office today you both made the entire visit so much easier.

Called to book an appointment and it was going to allow my to do it online but I decided to call to get more info goodbthing I did the lady that answered the phone is rather rude if they are rude to you as the parent of an animal then how are they going to treat the animal when you bring it hope they see this and remember it

Kind staff, thorough vets, clean facilities. Going to another VCA, this one is way better- they take more time and are gentler with my dog. Not an “assembly” line/crowded. Can always get an appointment within a week. Would recommend.

Wonderfully personable staff. Our typically nervous dog quickly became very relaxed once they began interacting with her. They took great care of her before during and after her surgery. They also made sure to spend time explaining home care information. Everyone there loves what they do and it shows in their care of pets and their families!

Let me start off by saying i wouldn't take my animal anywhere else. I don't trust a lot of people with my dog, and he doesn't like a whole lot of strangers as it is, but i couldn't ask for a more friendly and understanding facility. My dog is very shy around anyone he doesn't know, and the VCA knows that and respects that. They make him feel more comfortable. Unfortunately his favorite tech, Jamie and his favorite Vet, Dr. Batemen, moved on to different things so we have to start over now. But the Vets hes seen and the techs are all wonderful. Super kind, knows their limits when it comes to pets, doesn't dumb anythings down and make you feel stupid. It's always been a pleasure to bring Ruger to their office, i won't ever go anywhere else.

We had to have our poor cat put down. The staff was so kind and gentle with him. We were having trouble getting a fax sent from another vet and Sean at the counter called them personally and had the fax within minutes. A few days after our visit a nice condolence card came in the mail. That was a sweet gesture! This vet staff is amazing! Any negative reviews have got to be a mistake or in the past.

Wonderful, friendly, and caring staff. Specifically, Jessica Dymun really puts forth the effort to establish rapport with animals and their owners. Have brought two animals to this clinic now and she continuously follows up on both. She has a genuine heart for caring for animals and takes the time to evaluate and answer all questions during appointments. No complaints! Easy to schedule online; have beneficial kitten wellness plan that allows monthly payments that covers all expenses and allows you to save money (spay/neuter, testing, vaccinations, microchip, annual examinations, etc.).

Amazing staff and very professional. I love these people. They show more love and compassion then any vet I have ever been to.

I called in today in hopes that we could get our adopted calico a check up and Shawn answered. Shawn was very kind and he fit us in. Within a little over an hr., we were seen. My mother has always taken her animals here and she always recommended them, now I know why. As a first time pet owner, the staff made this experience a wonderful one. I highly recommend this practice and again, many thanks to Shawn , Barb and Karen for your kindness.

Best vets office I've found and I've been through many. These guys aren't just in it for the money they love your animal almost as much as you do. They get to know them and they remember them.

The staff is very kind and considerate. My 15 year old terrior poodle mix just had surgery March 2018. Dr. Moon is very caring. He was very helpful after the surgery and always available to answer questions or modify her medications to make sure that she was comfortable. Dr. Weaver is also very kind. My dogs always feel comfortable with her. A few years ago we had to make the decision to have our 13 year old pug put to sleep. The staff were considerate of my feelings of guilt and sorrow. They were very helpful with our decision to cremate her. The crematorium staff that they suggested were very professional and kind. The vet and cremetorium staff, gave me as much time as I needed and were very patient waiting for me to say goodbye to her. I highly recommend this office to care for your pets.

My fiancé and I have taken our dog here since he was a little 4 pound puppy who is now 22lbs and just turned 1. He was born with an umbilical hernia and a few parasites. They took the time to explain everything to me and he even had his surgery there, are always very nice they even send me a post card and email when he has a medication due. Great experience so far! Thank you VCA 😃

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at these offices since I started bringing my dogs here a few years ago. Dr. Bateman is our primary vet and she is fantastic! The staff are always kind, helpful and great with my animals. I particularly enjoy appointments in the annex building. Shiela (i think that's her name, I'm horrible with names) is always a joy to talk to and is so sweet with my kids and dogs alike!! I couldn't be happier!!

We have been with Dr Londons practice for years. We always have a great experience. Wonderful caring doctors. The staff has always gone out of Thier way to help you.

I just want to say I can not more highly recommend this place or these people. I had a small emergency today and the level of kindness and professionalism added to the personality and warmth made the most out of a stressful situation. I wish it were under different circumstances that we met but I'm glad we did and I am whole heartedly appreciative of the quality of care for both pet and people. THANK YOU ~ Jessica

Got my aging sick cat an appt. very quickly, were very caring, professional, and thorough with explaining things simply with a breakdown of costs per service and very reasonable costs. I am definitely going back there and referring others.

Have been going here as needed for a few years. Our vet today was Michelle Bateman and my two golden doodles loved her and her assistant. Thanks so much for the care of my doggies.

I LOVE this place, they always provide my fur babies with exceptional care. I will always recommend this place to people, the staff is lovely and you can tell they care about our fur babies as much as we do. 🤗❤🐱🐶
