Good experience renting here and i got the all electric mustang was a fun experience but to those out there that are familiar with electric cars and technology dont rent...also would be a good thing for a physical map with current pricing for charging stations nut thats on the renter of car to know or find out...good luck

2 1/2 hours from home and no major credit card on me. No problem using my debit card. Process was easy, quick, and efficient! And no hidden fees!! Extra deposit dropped off quickly. Highly recommend!!

First of all your custom service person was extraordinary, very professional and knew his job very well, was willing to go over and beyond to help us. He was so pleasant and nice. I would highly recommend my family, friends and others to Budget rentals. Keep up the good work because customer service is the face of those businesses and Budget rentals customer service was really great and accommodating.

We rented a Toyota minivan from Harrisburg international airport in Pennsylvania. The pickup and drop off procedures were extremely easy and streamlined. The vehicle was an excellent condition. We will received numerous confirmation emails leaving up to the rental which were helpful. Our entire experience with budget has been very positive and we would rent from them again.

Booked a standard vehicle and received a free upgrade for this beast. Great price, good employees, quick vehicle pick up and drop off. Great experience for me. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Seamless process from online rental to pickup to return. I rented a mini van, hoping to get a Toyota Sienna (you can't specify the vehicle on the website, only request "Minivan"). The morning of the rental I called early and asked the agent if I could get a Sienna. He stated that they didn't have many in the area, but he'd try to find me one. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was a Sienna waiting for me. I appreciate this level of service!

The gals at the Budget counter were super helpful in giving me a crash course in driving a Tesla for the first time AND upgraded me to a Tesla at the same cost! It was such a fun car to drive and the added bonus of lots of complimentary charging stations in the Hershey and Harrisburg areas.

This was a good rental experience of a new model, low mileage clean Tesla 3. My only complaint is that upon pickup the vehicle had just 47% battery charge.

Budget has good cars. Great rental experience. Newer cars that don’t smell like smoke and smell sour.

Very helpful counter staff. I rented an electric car and they answered all of my many questions. I encountered an issue before leaving the pick up garage and a staff member came out to resolve it.

I had a good experience with Budget. Originally, the person at the counter thought they only had a limited amount of available trucks/Teslas. But he looked again for me and found a mid-sized car, which was perfect.

From now on I will book directly from Budget and not through Expedia or a third party. The agent at the desk helped us get what we needed even though there was a mix up by Expedia.

I rented a 15 passenger van for 3 days two nights. The price was very reasonable. The transit van was a perfect fit for my family. Very comfortable and great gas mileage. The customer service was wonderful. Easy check in and check out. I will be using Budget again real soon and for a huge family wedding and vacation! Thanks you for a great experience!

I had the pleasure of working with a gentleman I believe his name was Patrick! He was a one man band! He was able to get me what I needed and had me in and out with no problem! The car ran smoothly dodge 1500 2022! Veryyyy nice! I’m pretty sure they almost had me wanting to buy one ! Very nice family feel and the guy even spoke when he saw me a few weeks later! I just regret not going with Budget for that rental! No worries I’ll definitely be back!

First time we rented an electric car. The clerk was so friendly, helpful, and very informative. The best part! We didn’t have to spend money on gas. We had the Volvo Pulsar and the drive was so smooth! Definitely my choice of rental car going forward.

I was amazed at how expensive rental cars have become. When shopping around, Budget had Luxury Tesla listed as the least expensive of all the possibilities. After double checking I found it to be so! I’m not sure why but it was a no brainer and we didn’t have to charge it before returning! I overheard the agent next to us say, and make sure you fill it before returning or we’ll have to charge you $12 a gallon! Cheapest car and no gas! Great deal and super fun to drive too!
