Triple R Roofing & Siding

The roof on our rental house in Gettysburg was damaged from wind and hail. Being about 30 years old we got bids to replace it. We requested references from all of the vendors. Calling all of them, the Triple R customers sounded exceptionally happy with their work.
Being on the west coast, I worked with Travis to complete the contract via email and telephone. Like a week later, his crew came and replaced the roof in one day. They left the property like they were never there.
Although I will not be able to see the new roof until late June, the tenants and several others reported it was a job well done.

We wanted to get solar panels installed and decided to get a new standing seam metal roof first. Triple R was able to take the LIDAR measurements from Lumina Solar to quickly give us a timely and accurate roofing estimate. So cool and high tech!

Travis was professional and helpful. He answered our questions and helped explain the color choices by giving examples.

The work crew was respectful to the property and worked efficiently as a team to get the job done quickly once they started and left the job site neat when they finished.

We are happy with the results. Our new roof looks great and we feel like it'll last as long as we are around. It integrated well with the solar panels which clamp on to the roof seams without requiring any new roof penetrations.

I would highly recommend Triple R roofing and siding. We had our roof replaced in Nov. When the project manager (Tom) came to see us to quote for the replacement of the roof, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He even mentioned replacing our gutters. When we recieved the quote,Tom had 3 different scenarios for us to pick from and price was reasonable. Tom kept in contact with us throughout the project, it only took one day for the roof to be completed the crew who was working on the roof and gutters cleaned everything up. Never would have known they were here, except for the beautiful roof and new gutters. We love it. Tom kept in touch with us even after the project was finished. If you are in search of a roof give Triple R a call you won't be disappointed.

Triple R was the best company we've dealt with for work on our house in the last 5 or 6 years. Travis came out, looked at the horrible roof on our detached garage/shed and didn't blink an eye. I was embarrassed at how bad we let it get and he reassured me that they could fix it. The total cost was $1200 less than the other estimate we received and was done in a week.

They replaced the rotting shingle roof with a new metal roof in a single day. They had to reinforce several trusses due to water damage.

They didn't even get mad when our puppy chewed through a charging cord for their power tools. (I immediately ordered a new one and had it delivered to the office 😅)

Then to top it off, I received a thank you gift of cookies and a chocolate bar!

Triple R Roofing did an amazing job on our roof in Carlisle. It’s an expense that no homeowner wants to have, but ours was necessary after years of wear. We felt guided through the entire process. We used Triple R roofing to have our roof replaced with new architectural shingle. Andy Trostle came out and made some recommendations and gave us a competitive estimate. Within a week of accepting the proposal our new roof was on and changed the whole look of our house. Multiple neighbors have commented on how great it looks.

There were some unforeseen issues (old shingles were still on underneath the current shingles and the plywood below was rotted… regardless, everything was done within the quoted timeline and they were reasonable when it came to the added material and labor costs. I will be sure to use them on our future exterior projects.

Cannot say enough great things about Triple R! From the beginning of our experience with Travis and his team nothing but professionalism. They were always on time, did great work, and most importantly thoroughly cleaned up after the job. I can’t tell you how many times in the past we have driven over roofing nails in the yard, and had to get multiple tractor tires fixed. We definitely did not have this issue with Triple R. We had a very good experience with triple r roofing. Travis was professional, punctual and had great communication. Time will tell about how the roof rejuvenation will turn out but we are looking forward to great results.

We had our roof treated with RoofMaxx. I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Andrew and Travis were punctual and answered all my questions. This was much less expensive than having to remove and reinstall our solar panels if we replaced the shingles. Hopefully we can extend the life of our roof for several more years.

Triple R made the whole “new roof” experience worth it…and more! Once new roof was installed, we had our solar panels put back on. Unfortunately, solar panel company damaged a good portion of roof tiles but Triple R did not hesitate to fix (a day later) and handle damages through solar panel company right away. Doug, with Triple R, is an outstanding professional who gets it, and employees are great as well! We highly recommend Triple R Roofing & Siding, without hesitation.

Travis was extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful from inspection to completion. The roofers arrived at 7am and were done by 4pm. If we hadn't known they were coming, and we didn't look up to see the new roof, we never would have known they had been there - not a nail or piece of debris in sight. Good value, quick turnaround - would recommend.

Triple R Roofing came out and did an outstanding job! He conducted a tune-up the roof and sprayed it with some soybean oil. Great product at a fantastic price! His service included replacing the roofcaps, resealing the plumbing vents and fixing a few shingles. A few little things that go a long way for roof preservation.

Triple R handled our roofing replacement in one day which included 6 skylights and an additional issue within two weeks of the quote. Excellent communications at all times made us confident the job was being done professionally.
