Best Buy

I genuinely hate Best Buy, I regard it as the worst retail experience in the USA, but this Best Buy is the exception. They are friendly and cordial and happy to answer questions. They give a more comprehensive answer than other best buy locations or the (horrible) phone support. If they don't know the answer to your question they will actually find out, and they have never told me "don't know, sorry" like (all) other best buy locations. I've been to best buy from the east coast to the west coast and I hate them all, except this location, it's like the best buy experience of years ago when they were one of the best most customer centric retail experiences.

I dared to go to an electronics store during the holiday season. I'm glad I chose Best Buy. I was going to order a meta quest 3 online, but Best Buy had in stock. Helpful folks all the way through.

The freezer we were looking for was in stock, and the Best Buy staff was happy to help us unpack it in the store as reviews listed damage under the packaging. It was totally damage free. They repackaged it, taped it closed, and helped load it. Thanks, Mason B.!

Geek Squad Agent, Justin, just left after completing my requested task. He called 20 minutes before arrival and when he got here he respectfully put cloth booties over his shoes and went to work!! He was incredibly thorough and wouldn't give up until task was done perfectly. I couldn't ask for more! Don't hesitate to use the Geek Squad!

Helpful staff. Geek Squad was super helpful. The guy on duty was able to address an issue I had with a phone. The screen wasn't working, and I was out of town. They were able to hook up my phone to a monitor so I could transfer my data to a new phone I had bought. Held me over until I got home.

Love the geeks! They always take great care of me and my phone. They also field my questions graciously (they don't laugh at me) and take the time to explain what I need to know without being condescending. I really appreciate them!

The Geek Squad team here are amazing guys. I've had to come in once for my phone and Josh was an amazing helper with my issue. H and Heath were so helpful with my computer tower issue not reading my monitor and fixing the issue. Easy for them but had me extremely frustrated. I had no issues with seeing them for a walk in and making an appointment was easy. I highly recommend this team they are friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

We had an incredible experience of customer service & support this evening at the Kalispell Best Buy. I had a negative experience attempting to purchase an iPad Pro from Verizon, so I decided to see if we could get a price match at Best Buy. All 3 employees we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for. The manager (Sammy?) was quick to approve the price match to obtain our business and the sales rep (who I regret I didn’t get his name—he was in a wheelchair) went above and beyond to make sure we were treated well and taken care of. Another sales rep who used the ladder to get the items was beyond helpful and kind as well. I also caught a discrepancy between how an item was advertised and how it rang up, and he immediately honored the lower price I had seen. After being treated really poorly the day before with Verizon.com I was absolutely blown away by how well Best Buy took care of us. And their reward was our $1700 purchase. My husband and I walked out saying “that’s how customers should be treated.” We were beyond impressed and will definitely be returning customers for any electronics needs for our family. A great group of people who are willing to help out customers

I used the pickup service at Best buy to make a quick purchase of new earbuds as I have lost thing. I couldn't be more happier it took 5 minutes to order online I drove up the Best buy and before I even had a chance to park the order was ready and I took less than 5 minutes to pick them up and I was on my way. Overall very pleased with the fine work

I recently went up to Best Buy to purchase a phone and was helped by Mayson and Wendy. They were so great. There was some technical difficulties so I was there for quite some time but they made it worthwhile and we got everything sorted out and I was able to walk out with the phone I wanted. Great customer service, and what seemed to be a great staff in general! Thank you!

Josh from Geek Squad is very informative and has helped me with so much. I'm a local photographer and was having trouble with my laptop and Josh was able to assist me in finding a solution. I love his fun facts and learned a few new things as well! Thank you Josh I appreciate you and your expertise!

I went to Best Buy Kalispell last week and was so very happy with the service I received from Anna. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge in what I needed, she did everything she could do to find it. She troubleshooted and really listened to my needs. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Anna. She is knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you!

Great place. Needs more help that can answer questions on the floor. AJ in Geek Squad was helpful and patient and did not make me feel badly about my elderly memory issues. I left happy after he cleared mallard from my phone, fixed my computer and made more room on my tBlet.

After seeing all these negative reviews, I’m guessing the store changed managers or something. Really nice staff! Got there 5 minutes before closing time, and had three people instantly ask if I needed any help. A polite and extremely helpful young man helped me select an hdmi/usb/usb-c hub that was exactly what I needed. Took 4 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, walked in and asked for a specific item and was walked straight to that item and even had a discussion about which ones were better for the purpose I needed them for. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed for a fair price.

I had an amazing experience with one of the supervisors at this location. I bought a camera 10 days ago and realized days later there was a small blemish on the camera sensor. I brought the camera in thinking I had to return it and the manager was very kind and helpful. She cleaned the sensor to my camera and ended up not charging me for a cleaning kit. I am one happy customer!
