My first time visiting Chip's. JUST WOW. Great Service. Felt super welcome. Pancakes were out of this world. I tried lemon poppyseed- SOSOSO GOOD. my egg white veggie omelette was fantastic. I will definitely be back with my fam!❤❤

Ok I rarely leave reviews but for this place I had to make an exception. My sister and I were looking around for a good dinner and we stumbled upon Chips. We did not regret it. First off our server was absolutely amazing, her name was Bailey she was a walking rayif sunshine. Then our food came out in like 5 minutes and it was so good. The portions were huge and the presentation was beautiful, the taste was awesome as well. All in all I'd give Chips a 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. Thanks Bailey

Went here with my daughter and husband for an impromptu breakfast mid week and it was great! Pancakes were perfect, I had a healthy egg white omelette and hubby had the corned beef hash. Coffee refills, waters never empty - it was the perfect start to our day.

Went for a mid day breakfast and everything was dekicy. Shawn the guy that served me was very nice, I ordered a custom omelet with pancakes and got a burger to go. Best decision ever hahahahah✨❤

Breakfast was great! Love the pancakes! And Chips has Pepsi Products so I got to have my Mountain Dew! Our waitress was very nice and food came out quickly!

Food: ALL of there Pancakes are amazing and chicken quesadilla was one of the better ones I've had in my entire life with the onions and ingredients they put in it.

Service: BOTH time the first time was a large man and the second time a small woman were BOTH VERY kind, curtious, and patient.

I went there today AND for my friends birthday for the birthday got the cinnamon pancakes. It's amazing just eat it in moderation and take some to go or you'll feel like c**p afterwards, it's very sugary filling. After (today) I got the german apple pancake full stack and a chicken quesadilla, and surprisingly the pancakes (which they are known for) were the best pancakes I've ever had. And the chicken quesadilla was better than most Mexican and/or hispanic restraunts and fast food places I've had one at which is strange but surprisingly good

Always stop by this family spot on my way up to RI or MA. Service is always great, great prices and a solid spot for brunch. Will always have it on our rotation for brunch spots!

This was our third time at Chip's, the service is outstanding here. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Western Omelet with the short stack of buttermilk pancakes and side if corned beef hash, you will not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful first experience at Chips, on Tunxis Hill. Great food! Love the options on the holiday menu. Had to try the BTA Benedict with pancakes. Didn't even need syrup.

Also tried the smores pancakes, which were delicious.

Decent parking, but the best part was the very attentive, and kind service our group received.

This is a tough one... We love to spend Valentine's Day with our daughter, and reviews are not that helpful when it comes to finding a family friendly restaurant. So we went for a diner, a diner that a lot of people praise. I get that this holiday was on a regular week day, but I think staffing the place better could have helped with efficiency, as well as the mood of the employees working that night. Our server was quite tense, in a rush, made a few errors; I felt bad for her because she was the waitress, busser, and food runner. That's on the manager (whom I didn't see at all)
I found it unusual that they were out of the only Cabernet on the menu (you should still restock for a special day, just in case) I don't know how many people order Cabernet in a diner by Wednesday, Thursday, but if you're already out by this day of the week, either a lot of people drink that wine or you just didn't do a propee estimate.
The food was good (Mexican skillet, I think) ; I was just expecting a little better from a place that, at least online, sounds legit.

Bria is an excellent server and shes extremely nice and polite. The food was great as well. Thank you!

Everytime we come here the service is always very nice and me and my family always enjoy our food. We've made amazing memories here and we even try to bring our other family members down here to try their amazing food

First timer at chips in Fairfield and everything was amazing 10/10 my waitress Ms. Bailey omg loved her thank you 💕 definitely will be coming back and with the entire family next time my 2 daughter’s said thank you for their birthday cake pancakes & my them blueberry short shack pancakes with bacon was amazing food was so good

I had not been to chips in about 2 years. It was very good then but just didn't get back. Well, it is now, simply wonderfuĺ. The menu has expanded but the pancakes are still great. Many choices on the menu for different things. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, the place is clean as can be
