I would recommend my salesman Ali Raza. Late in the afternoon on a Saturday, I went into the dealership with 2 specific used cars in mind that were advertised online. The dealership was busy with customers and I was greeted by a manager who promptly brought a salesman to assist me. One of the cars was a manual transmission Mini and the other was an automatic transmission Fiat. On my test drive, Ali helped coach me through shifting gears on the Mini as it had been a while since I had driven a standard shift car. He didn't rush me through either of my test drives nor did he waste my time during the process. Thanks to Ali's no-nonsense courteous assistance we closed a deal on the manual transmission Mini. Harry Shah took care of me for the purchase of my new RAM and did a great job. From the moment I called to schedule a test drive - he had the car ready & detailed when i arrived, was knowledgeable & thorough about the car specs, was reasonable with my trade-in and made the deal happen! I had contacted Ali in sales after a 2 week run around with another Jeep dealership in NY. We made an appointment for 5pm and I received the highest level of customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I've done a lot of business with Chrysler Jeep Dodge from other dealerships, however my experience with Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge has been nothing but positive! I would recommend any friend or family to this dealership for one reason! Customer Service!!! I have been through every stage of this dealership. I leased my truck through a sales representative I bought my truck out of the lease that I was advised by a representative not knowing what they would cost in today's market! That was the best advice I could've gotten. Now I had a bit of an issue and the trucks Engine needed replacing. Herb took care of it fast efficiently. My truck is back on the road and ready to work. They do everything they can to make me feel the process is easier than it really is. They take time with me, they explained to me what they are going to do in the easier way that I am able to understand. They make me feel in comfort. I am very satisfied with the staff and I appreciate what they do. They are the best.
