Came here for my besties birthday dinner. It was such a great evening. We sat "outside." Which is heated. Loved it! The wait wasn't bad at all for a Saturday night. It was packed, but we waited for only 20 minutes. We decided to get drinks at the bar. The queens favorite mule and the twig and berries were so yummy! We ordered a few appetizers - shrimp cocktail, Buffalo cauliflower, fried meatballs, and the Mariniere mussels. Everything was delicious!! I was full lol so I decided to get a ceasar salad, which was tasty. My friends ordered the chicken parm and the pork chop Scarpellio. Both were delicious! I'm definitely going back for the pork chop scarpellio! The desserts were delicious as well. The service was great. Everyone worked together as a team. The restaurant is gorgeous. Overall, had a great experience. This place is definitely worth checking out!

One of my favorite Fairfield county bars. Happy hour is a great way to maximize the menu, drinks half off and a special food menu between 3-6 during the week and all day on Sunday’s. The bartenders are super nice and fun they make the ambience warm and inviting. I personally love the buffalo cauliflower, shrimp cocktail and the southern chopped salad but I haven’t tasted anything bad on the menu. Also nice for a dinner/date spot if you sit away from the bar.

Love The ambiance! Food was pretty good! Portion was decent. I had brunch, but the bar caught my eye. Maybe I’ll come back to have a few cocktails. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot! Oh staff super friendly :)

My fiancé and I love the bar and atmosphere in here, we asked the owner if we could take our engagement photos in the restaurant around the bar area. Not only did they say yes, but they were so accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we needed and also sacrificing some valuable seating room at the bar so that we could finish getting our shots. We will be returning to the Sinclair for sure!!

I just went here recently and OMG this place is the best!! From the food to the service to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant it was amazing. The whole staff was friendly and respectful. They all were great especially the manager. This has now become my new favorite restaurant..

book a table in advance because we waited 40 minutes without reservation. But it was very tasty, respectable and decent place. burgers are juicy, but the fish is the tastiest in the world

Sinclair is always a great vibe. I always come here for brunch and it never disappoints the oysters, both fried and Raw are amazing. There is a DJ on the patio on Sunday evenings to create a lively experience.

Really enjoyed the time here, great atmosphere, great service (Mario is the best!-Pura Vida!) And food is delicious. A good selection on the appetizers for vegetarians:) the drinks were fresh. Highly recommended.

My first time here. I stopped in for lunch with a coworker. I got the burger with fries. And my friend the salmon. Both meals were a good portion. The burger was charred just right with lots of flavor. The truffle fries were average. Her salmon dish with roasted potatoes and vegetables was delicious! The salmon very moist and tender. We ended with the chocolate lava cake! Heaven!!! The service was fast considering how busy they were on a Friday afternoon. Fun place
Their downfall is listing lunch and dinner prices right next to each other. I was told it’s the exact same meal. So my lunch burger was $16.99. If it was dinner time the price was $19.99! I would hope it is a much larger burger patty! Although the burger was awesome! It’s definitely not worth $19.99 but I guess that’s Fairfield!

At my friend's Alex place - the Sinclair....gorgeous restaurant and amazing staff....bartenders Amy & Lisa treated me like family and like we were old friends...loving my new Connecticut family.... the food here is tasty , delicious and if you havent stopped in ...Whats wrong with you? On tap was Korean style sweet & spicy wings...juicy , tangy and spectacular....why only 5....lol...next was salmon taco with avocado and pico de guyo...then baked clams casino- seriously one of best casino i have had in awhile...amazing...then Alex let me try lobster tail & lamb chop that ...I live being Greek...my two favorite things (at the moment) lobster tail and lamb chops.... bam bam bam...lobster cookes perfect and the lamb medium rare lasted a nano second.....
So if in Fairfield Ct...you better stop by...

We went to celebrate our sister’s engagement and had a great time! The food, service and ambiance were great! Definitely coming back!

Dined for brunch on a Saturday with my family. We walked in at 1:00 PM and the hostess team offered a lovely 4-top outdoor table that had lots of space for our toddler and stroller.

I ordered their Negroni cocktail (bright, sweet & refreshing), fried bbq oysters (three bites but a rich & tasty app), salmon BLT sandwich (underrated menu option), and chowder fried (believe the hype).
My husband ordered a glass of rosé wine, fried goat cheese and beers. My toddler ate the tater tots! We loved everything we all ate and spent 2 hours walking around town to burn the cals.

If you’re looking for a boozey brunch spot with indulgent foodie menu options, this is the spot for you.

We were also pleasantly surprised at how sweet & accommodating the staff (and neighboring patrons) were about us bringing a baby to brunch. It’s so nice to feel like an establishment is family-friendly and welcoming no matter how young & hip the brunch party scene might be.

Lastly, they have a fantastic hybrid indoor-outdoor setup that allows for breeze and fresh air throughout the restaurant (in mid-September; note that things may change as the temperature drops). So if you prefer outdoor or open-air dining, due to covid-19 precautions, then The Sinclair might be a flexible option for you.

Friendly staff with a luxurious atmosphere. I’ve never heard of a cherry pepper aioli so I had to try it and it did not disappoint!

Went for seafood appetizers and cocktails before dinner, for a birthday celebration. We sat at the bar on a Saturday afternoon--it was surprisingly quiet in the restaurant, but it began to fill up as the dinner hour approached. We both ordered cocktails from the specialty cocktail menu and they were delicious! I ordered a variation on a campari cocktail--twice. It was quite yummy and I love herbal and bitter drinks.

To eat, we ordered a dozen Kumamoto oysters--unbelievably sublime oyster experience. Not to be missed if you've never had one. We also ordered a bowl of the mussels--all of them sound amazing but we got the Thai style and we were drinking the broth by then end. Delicious!

Service was great everyone was super friendly and kept checking up on me. The food is great I got a salad but it was amazing. The lava cake is a must-try. It's a small venue but some of the outside is enclosed and extended with heaters but does still get a little cold if you sit there.
