Amazing and friendly staff at this CVS location! I walked in at 9:45 PM on a Saturday night unaware that they close at 10 PM. I had a list of about eight or nine separate items I needed. I found the first two items on my own. However, the third item I could not find. I was about to go ask for help when both David and Felicity came around the corner to ask me what I was looking for and how else could they help. I simply told them the rest of the items I needed, David went one way, Felicity went the other way and I went to get milk which was my last item. They literally did the shopping for me knew where everything was and they were both fast, efficient, and extremely polite. The store was also very clean and organized. If I was in charge of the CVS store, I would give both Felicity and David large bonuses, or promotions, or at the very least make them both employees of the month! In the future, I might drive the additional 10 minutes just to come to the store because of the friendly service even though I have another CVS location closer to my house! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stopped to pick up my mothers script today and had a few questions. The Pharmacist I talked to (Max) said he was just filling in when I asked him if he was new. The Pharmacy was kinda busy but he stopped what he was doing and really took his time to look up my mothers record and answer my questions. He was very nice and knowledgeable about every med I asked him about. He even saw a medication that prompted him to ask me questions about mom, he said it was dosed a little high for her age (82) and recommended I talk to her doctor and even wrote down some recommendations for me to talk with him about. After calling my moms doctor this afternoon and talking to him I was actually surprised he agreed with what he (Max) recommended and changed my mothers medication. A+ to this pharmacy and staff, and thanks to the pharmacist for taking time out of his hectic day to help me take care of my mom!

This CVS has, hands down, some of the nicest people working there. Employees will happily help you look for something or make sure you're taken care of up front, and the pharmacy staff is especially helpful and friendly -- they know and care for their customers.

My family and I have been with this CVS for 8 years now.
We transferred from another local pharmacy after I personally witnessed 3 prescribing errors in one day. This CVS, having prescribed hundreds and hundreds of prescriptions has made one error on one prescription - they gave me too few pills of the right prescription, and they corrected their own error, and called me, before I even got home.

Going back to the gentleman pharmacist who retired some years back, and through to all the current pharmacists, technicians and assistants in the department our experience has been nothing but positive. Anything that needs to be explained, is. The level of professionalism and courtesy is of the highest standard, week in, week out. Occasionally there may be a wait, either on the phone or in the store, but where wouldn't there be?

I'm a cynic, and deeply critical by nature. However, what this CVS pharmacy has done is make me suspend the fact that I get all these prescriptions from a national store, and make me feel that I am going to the old-fashioned pharmacy store where people know who you are, treat you with dignity and know how to do their job. I didn't know that existed anymore.

Amy in the pharmacy department.

My son had just undergone surgery and the doctor forgot to appropriately document the method of use for the medication. Amy collected the information from me and assured me she would get it taken care of she could fill his prescription. Once the prescription was filled we ran into another obstacle with my sons insurance. Amy took charge of the situation and put me in contact with the right persons so I wouldn't have to deal with that again.

Amy, Thank you for your outstanding service. Your follow up and urgency was greatly appreciated. People should be as quick to give praise when people do things right as fast as they are to right a review when they a person does something wrong.

This one is small by comparison with limited cards section. Somewhat convenient on Post Rd next to Joe's restaurant.

I came into this cvs to do a money gram for the first time. I asked the older guy working “hi I have to send a moneygram” he pointed and said the phone is there. I then “replied I never did this before” he said me either. So I just proceeded to the phone to figure it out myself because customer service is horrible. Then after getting off the phone with the moneygram rep I went to the register “as the money gram rep advised”. I walked to the rude rep and I told him “I need to pay a bill” he already started to point to the phone again, and k told him “the rep told me to bring my Id and money to you and my info should pop up on the screen. He then proceeded to back up and pointed to the screen so his coworker can help me. His coworker didn’t know how to do it. Then long and behold the RUDE rep came up and said “press moneygram. Then said nothing is there and walked away and told the nicer rep to keep checking. I stood here for 15 mins and I’m still waiting for service. I called back money gram and they told me the rep has to press the pay bill section and tada the nice rep got it! He never did it before. The nice reps name is Tatum. Lucky for him I’ll give a extra star but I wanted to give just one. That other rep is rude he wasn’t rude to another customer but me the woman of color. Please address this CVS it is unacceptable! I Will be contacting Corperate. What a nasty rep he is. Again thank you Taqrim for providing great customer service, that’s how it’s done 5STARS for Taqrim!

Cashier very rude and disrespectful, normal lane moving like molasses so of course we use self check out for our order. Don’t be upset we had to use it since your aren’t moving your line.

ONCE MORE! My prescription medication is NOT AVAILABLE at this CVS and I am COMPLETELY OUT of the medication! This is NUTS! This update today, August 9, 2023. Ordinarily, I get good service at this CVS. I get ALL my prescriptions filled and spend a lot of money in that store! But, December 22nd was NOT a good experience! I had picked up ONE item and had one pharmacy item - the cashier would NOT ring out the item: "we're closing for lunch - you'll have to bring this to the front registers." I was very surprised and NOT HAPPY since I had to WAIT in line to pay for that ONE OTHER ITEM! Look, I know all about lunchtime, but, it would have been SO EASY for Lilyhandra to check me out! Attention CVS manager!

The pharmacist was the rudest I've ever come across, pharmacy is the worst around too,never have medication in stock then they tell you they will contact you when it comes in and never do. Awful customer service. Time to find another pharmacy
