My husband and I had the good fortune of having neighbors who highly recommended Orlin to us. I’m so glad they did. The real estate market when we sold our house was extremely fast moving and most of the realtors were slammed. Orlin never dropped the ball responding to us in a timely manner. Despite my million questions, Orlin never made me feel rushed and always tracked down the answers for me. Every step of the way, I felt informed and like I was in control. From deciding which photos could be included in the listing before it went live, to when my house was available to be shown, it’s evident that it is not lost on him what a big moment this is for each of his clients even though it’s his day-to-day. One of the biggest dividing points between him and other realtors was his concern when it came time for us to sign an offer. He had the courtesy to come sit down with us and make sure we understood every term we were agreeing to and what we could expect to receive at the end. There are many realtors who are only in it for the commission and treat it like a 9-5 but Orlin truly cares about his clients. We sold during covid and Orlin was respectful of our health concerns, as well as making sure any realtors showing our house were aware of our requests. At my recommendation, my mother used him to sell her house too and had the same great experience. There are not many realtors who can consistently exceed expectations, but he was 3 for 3! Thank you Orlin!!!

My fiancee and I worked with Gunnar. This was our first home and obviously had alot of questions and he was able to answer all of them. The market is super competitive right now and without Gunnars help we wouldn't have been to buy the house we wanted with all the competition. Truly too notch wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Meh....could not find their mortgage rates on their site but did find contact information for a mortgage officer

We originally were working with Gunnar Moe to find our first home. After talking with our lender, it was recommended to us to go with a realtor who specializes in first time home buying so that they can not only have extra patience with us, but adapt to our situation. We let Gunnar know that at that time we were going to be exploring realtor options and he still was one, which is when he sharply responded that his time is not to be wasted. That left us with a bad feeling and ultimately we decided to go with another realtor.

Now, 2 months later, I still am receiving house listing emails from Gunnar. I have responded to the emails several times as well as forwarded them separately back to Gunnar asking him to please stop sending us these because not only were we not going to be using him but we found & bought a house. I get these 2-3 times per week still and have asked repeatedly to stop sending them, without any response from Gunnar. Not sure if this is his way of “payback” by continuing to clog my email with unneeded house listings, but the fact that he became unresponsive & will make no effort to stop these emails is very UNPROFESSIONAL. If his excuse is that he doesn’t check his email, then we were right for not using him as a realtor. Would you want your house buying/selling experience in the hands of someone who doesn’t check their email at least once a month?
