I loved the service today with a young man on the phone and later a young woman at the store. She made my visit truly enjoyable while returning some slippers. The transaction was quick and painless (compared to Amazon!) I will shop local (not online) from now on and hope everyone will continue to support businesses like this.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced! Today my jacket tore by the pocket and I called up the local EB and the Manager Joe called 3 different EB's to help me get my jacket. Even went as far as holding a similar jacket just so I can try it on when I got there.

Eddie Bauer is the only retail store that I shop at that still sells high quality clothes at reasonable prices. I generally shop after the season ends for the biggest discounts which are often as much as 60%. They still fully guarantee their clothes with no questions asked as long as you still retain the receipt. I am still wearing my down parka from 20 years ago as well as one I bought 20 years ago. Both very warm and obviously well made. Ditto for shirts which are made with great fabric, wear well, and last. Highly recommended for all season clothing.

Beautiful clean store with super friendly staff. I had to return a pair of wicked good slippers, and they were very helpful in helping me find the right pair. I actually got a different pair than I had originally purchased because there were so many great options to choose from. The store is so clean and beautifully organized and the staff is super helpful
