Press Burger New Canaan

If you've ever heard the saying, "food for the soul", they were referring to Press Burger. It's the kind of place your heart wants to go to when its been having a rough day. The staff is professional and welcoming. The place is clean and organized. The menu is simple to navigate but difficult to make a decision because everything just looks way too good to pass up.

The k-town is what I would relate to a Korean inspired burger. It's sweet and salty and if you pay close enough attention and get really quiet you'll discover it has the most perfect hint of heat.

The crinkle cut fries are some of the best fries I've had in quite a long time. They are crispy on the outside and soft in the center. Dipping them in the secret cheese sauce is like 4th of July in your mouth, and explosion of joy and flavor.

The chocolate milk shake and Oreo milk shake are as filling as they are delicious.

In the words of Samuel L Jackson: mhmm this is a tasty burger!

The service is extremely efficient. The food is of high quality and on point. They serve grass fed beef, cage free and antibiotic free chicken, not typical for most fast food restaurants. They also have a great selection of salads to choose from. It would be great if they would add a wild caught fish sandwich as an option ;)! This is now our goto place for healthy fast food. Overall, the experience has been pleasant and the food is delicious!

This was an excellent burger! I'm a low carb guy so I got the lettuce wrap which was constructed perfectly. Was able to eat it like a "real" burger with very little break apart. Whenever I'm in the area, I'll be sure to stop by.

First time eating at Press Burger earlier this afternoon. My burger (house burger + pickled red onions) was really good, the burger had flavor and was not dry. The fries are solid, and the vanilla milkshake is delicious. Definitely would come here again if I'm in the mood for a burger + fries! I like the menu options, there's something for everyone. May try the K-Town burger next time or the chicken sandwich :)

Always fresh. Outstanding quality of the burger and ‘meatiness’ (esp with as a double) when you take the first bite. The crinkle cut fries are alway s cooked to perfection.

The staff are always very pleasant and locations are always spotless.

Best ‘fast casual’ burger in Fairfield.

The food here is spectacular. I don’t buy too often because it is a bit pricey. But every time I order I thoroughly enjoy the food.

Big fan of the burgers, fries, and milkshakes here. And so is the 6 year old who ate with me today. She gave everything a 5 out of 5 too. Love the station sauce. What even topped the food was the customer service here. Bravo.

We love Press burger ! Everything's fresh and delicious the staff is efficient and friendly the facility is clean and organized. Great for a quick bite at a reasonable price. Ordering pick up through the website is easy and rewarding frequent diners earn rewards. 10/10

Stopped by recently for a burger and fries.
I was greeted promptly by the staff and my order was taken quick. The burger was great and the fries are probably my favorite ones now. The place is VERY clean a bit small on the inside but there is a table outside for enjoying nicer weather. Will be back for more !

Ordered delivery for my kids and I tonight and everything came so quickly — hot and delicious. We’ve always had a great experience with Press Burger.

Stopped in on our way to NYC, pulled up and was skeptical seeing as though it was a small place but to my surprise the food was awesome!!!! My husband and I both had burgers and they were delicious, fries were amazing, and the Oreo shake was on point! Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I’ve been going to Press Burger for years in New Canaan—usually ordered while on the train and picked up omw home—and most recently the new location in Wilton. Never a bad experience…. Service, food quality, etc. all exceptional.

You’ll pay more than double for an inferior burger at most sit down restaurants.

No other ‘fast casual’ or ‘fast food’ burger comes even close. Shake Shack? Nope!

If you want a juicy, flavorful, burger with a crazy amount of options and add ons—give PB a shot. If you don’t live close by, go out of your way to try it…

This place deserves a better rating than the 4.2 I see. We dropped in here because another burger joint in town that I won’t name was too crowded and busy.

Verdict? I ordered the Ram Burger (double). It has bacon, American cheese and chips. Perhaps it was just the bacon but but had an outstanding smoky quality. The meet seemed too cooked for my taste BUT it tasted amazing. It had crispy edges. So despite looking well done it was excellent.

My only criticism is that it could have used more sauce. Their sauce is good. So ask for a little extra or a side of sauce.

Fries were good. Crinkle cut. Salty enough. But I’m not a fry guy. Only ate a few. Let my niece eat em.

Delicious “fast” quick food but not quite fast food. It is amazing and they use quality non gmo ingredients. They are really quite fresh and good fries for sure!
