BMW of Darien is fantastic! I’ve been bringing my BMWs here to get serviced for years. All the staff is very nice and attentive. I just ordered a custom X5 through them and they made the entire process so easy and smooth! My car arrived earlier than expected and I couldn’t be happier! I worked with Spencer and he was knowledgeable, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I will always do business with this dealership. Highly recommend!

Every employee at BMW Darien is very professional and always helpful. I love that I did not have to take time off and wait as they always offer a loaner vehicle. This time, I had a brand new SUV as a loaner! Jaime is always super polite and answers all my questions. David helped me this visit and was super helpful and patient. I always return for service here and recommend them to everyone.

Recently worked with Jaime in the Service department. My son’s car needed new rear brakes and it was great that they have a key drop box so we could drop the vehicle off the evening before. Jaime kept us up to date throughout and sent a video of the work that was carried out. It really was effortless and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with and in particular Jaime who is very customer oriented. BMW of Darien will definitely continue to be our go to in the future.

Let’s just call it an extraordinary level of service. Went to BMW of Darien for an oil change. During the process there was some oil spillage over the side of my car engine. Daniel, my service advisor was very apologetic. Him and his supervisor Trevor offered me a loaner. They outsourced my car to a professional and detailed the engine, inside and outside of my car. My car looked as new and I am extremely impressed by their level of ownership and loyalty.

BMW Darien took my car in right away to get the tire replaced. They also changed my oil and performed other service checks.
They also provided transportation to and from my office. Great service!

I have purchased two vehicles from BMW of Darien and it was the smoothest experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle.i have recently purchased a BMW X5 and Silvia Daniel’s was my client advisor who went above and beyond to make sure that I got to leave with the vehicle I wanted. She consistently followed up with me and gave me updates prior to purchasing the vehicle. Anderson Cherilus was my finance manager whom I worked with for my first vehicle made sure that the financing went through with ease. John Hamilton the manager also made sure that I leave with the vehicle that day. Thank you to the team at BMW of Darien.

I personally worked with Jaime in the service department. There was a lot going on with my relatively young car and they handled everything. Highest marks to Jamie and his team. And I appreciate the time and diagnostics they put into figuring out what was going on with my car.
Much happier with the service department than I am with the actual vehicle but that is another story. I thought I was doing the right thing for the planet by getting a hybrid, but I think I was sorely mistaken.

I was very happy with my service today! Not only did I enjoy valet service and a loaner vehicle, but I did not have any charges for these perks or for the 10,000 mile service! I was also extremely impressed by the video summary of my car’s undercarriage with a detailed explanation of everything inspected. Thank you Darien BMW!

She was "Amazing" she work with me although, it wasn't easy but , I got an amazing deal to walk out with my 2021 X5 40 I.The Finance Guy was also great. I had an amazing experience. Silvija was fantastic. She gave me a great deal and made the whole process painless. From transferring my insurance policy from my old car to my new one, providing me with links to return my old license plates, and the list goes on. I also worked with Anderson, who is such a lovely person, to go over all the paperwork and details making everything clear while also making the process quick. Both people were beyond lovely to work with and I cannot recommend working with them enough!

Had a great sales experience working BMW of Darien. I live about three hours away and was unable to see the vehicle in person. Silvia, the client advisor I worked with took photos/video, pulled service records, and answered any questions I had. When I arrived, the staff was courteous and professional. The transaction was also seamless and one of the quickest I've ever experienced.

I don’t enjoy taking my car in for service but this appointment was an Efficient and Effective Experience. My passenger side mirror was damaged so it had to be ordered. Dan, the service advisor made sure it arrived prior to appointment . I was even able to get a shuttle ride to Greenwich. Overall, a very good experience at BMW Darien.. thank you!

We just purchased a 2024 BMW and appreciated the no pressure and professionalism of the our salesperson along with the overall seamless process. We had special ordered our BMW for the color and the specific options, and were pleasantly surprised the car arrived within the time frame the salesperson promised.

Scheduled me quickly and gave me a brand new loaner. Listened to my concerns and confirmed issues within a day. Parts was ordered and fixed very quickly without lacking quality. Was kept informed with every step. Simply perfect service, Jaime did a great job and recommend him to be everyone’s advisor.

From first phone call to drop off and pick up, my service experience is as seamless. Polite, helpful, friendly, efficient. What more could you ask for.
