He also gave me a great insurance agent and quote, and finally I bought my dream car, Sportage Hybrid from the dealership. The process was very smooth and satisfactory. I went in to get my paint protection applied. Byron exclusively takes care of the application. Not only was the the cars paint immaculate, he detailed the entire car inside and out. I recently had amazing experience at Yonkers Kia, Jayden was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the whole process. The dealership had a wide selection of vehicles and Jayden was there all the way to helped me. My partner and I chose the Kia Niro Hybrid because of its economic value and its HYBRID!. I love how the team is military and first responder friendly. There was a minor scratch that need fixing, but the manager is ahead of the game and able to solved the problem. I had my heart set on finding the Kia Sportage Hybrid - Prestige and was told by other dealerships that it would be like "finding a needle in a haystack." Along came the dealership manager, Mike Romano - who made my dream car possible. Mike went above and beyond to ensure I received my dream car and was transparent in all his communications to me. I often say, you are not only purchasing a vehicle, but you are purchasing customer service. Mike provided customer service that was off the charts!!!!! Thank you Mike for such a pleasant experience - I feel valued as a customer. And by the way - I traveled from Central Jersey to Yonkers, NY and Mike Romano rolled out the red carpet!

I must say from a JEEP fan inquiring about Kia telluride 2024 it was a challenge. Jacob a young man responded to my online inquiry and we scheduled a test drive and to have my Jeep appraised. I am a huge review person I quickly looked up Yonkers Kia on google and read reviews. Sure enough I saw a few reviews with his name with great feedback. I said we shall see. I arrive and I meet Jacob a young man well mannered and just made me feel welcomed. He asked me what I was looking for her in a car and I told him. We test drove the telluride and he gave me specs, safety features and how important it was how I felt with the car. Did I like the drive? Did I feel like I can see myself in a telluride? Now all this being said I came in with a BAD finance deal that Jeep did for me. From converting my lease into a finance which was a horrible conversion for me! Basically paying for a car that I already had made payments towards. Now Jacob took this complicated issue that caused me now face a huge challenge $ and stressors kept calm and assured me he was going to do his best. But always said he will understand if the deal wasn’t for me. At the end numbers were tossed around and I ended up walking out with my telluride. The whole deal would have lasted maybe 4 hrs but I have State Farm and their wait times were more then 3+ hours. I mean horrible. Jacob was calm but concerned how we felt even though it was out of his hands. He was a gentlemen he got me and my mother ice cream for the wait. Thank you again Jacob for your time and patience. Also the ice cream. Lol please ask for Jacob he will treat you like a person not like a number. Don’t let the young age fool you he knows his stuff and is for the customer.

I love this place! Today I got my second car from this location. Everyone is so friendly, they have a wide selection, and really look out for you. Everything in that commercial on the radio is true lol #Yonkerskia! Shouts out to Nelvin Dela Cruz!!! Honestly I would recommend this particular location and service agent (Javier) he was very patient and understanding even with my four kids doing their own thing. He complied with everything we needed, even recommended alternatives to make sure everything works well for our family! Very friendly and I will be coming back for our second family car.
