Pharmacist 'Dan' is polite and helpful and it much much much better than cvs! Not to mention that cvs never has what the doctors prescribe!

Also they have a couple of interesting characters at the check out register who are sure to make you smile! ( If you have a sense of humor! )🙃

Their pharmacy hours aren't good for the customer. They're closed on weekends.

I've been shopping at this Walgreens for years and everything has been great. However, recently in the last year or so, they hired this new manager, "Dionne". She ruins it. She likes to talk down to the customers when we ask simple questions and just gives off a hostile and aggressive attitude back to us.

I have been a customer with Walgreens for 20 years for prescriptions, personal items, and accessories. Over the 20 years the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff has deteriorated. The staff are rude, impolite, and just plain nasty. The information frequently provided by the pharmacy staff is not accurate. I will no longer shop at Walgreens. I will make a point to not speak favorably of the drug store chain.

Hands down the worst place. I won't call it a pharmacy because they are never open and never carry medication. Wednesday they were closed at 1:30 and Thursday they said they could order the medication for pickup on Monday. If they actually looked, they would realize if I don't have medication for 6 days, I would likely die. I've tried calling corporate four times for help locating a store with the medication in stock. I am awaiting a call from Walgreens district manager, but I do not expect to hear from him. I will be filing a complaint w the state.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacy is incredibly understaffed and is closed half the time that I go in. They closed today unexpectedly (Monday at 10 am) due to an emergency, and I was unable to pick up a very time-sensitive prescription. Couldn't transfer the prescription to another location because it is a controlled substance. How can they not have a back-up pharmacist who can come in? How do they only have one staff member there? This is not only inconvenient, it is DANGEROUS. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, or you will be very disappointed, if not putting your family in danger.

I stopped getting prescription there. Refills were always problematic. Switched to New Canaan Pharmacy---much better. Used to take my FedEx international shipments there and was told they no long accept, because of paper problems.

I have rarely brought a prescription to this location without difficulty. Today went to pick up a prescription at 3pm that was dropped yesterday.
The prescription was written incorrectly by the physician, but no phone call from the pharmacy to alert me that filling the medicine was delayed. Waited 10 in line only to be told it wasnt ready nearly 24 hours later. When I asked why I was not notified, a shrug of the shoulder. Not going back here. I will be going to Greenwich Pharmacy on Main Street. They are attentive and caring.

I ordered a prescription to be refilled and they said that they had ordered it, I called them several times and they finally said that they would have it in stock yesterday, when I went to pick it up, this person said she had no record of this prescription. She acted like she didn’t care and I left without my prescription. This is not the first time I had problems with them and now I have to go to another pharmacy. I’m done with this place.

Useless pharmacist. Called two days ahead to get a script transferred and she did not call my pharmacy as promised. Waited half an hour while there and left empty handed. Saw others having similar experiences. I would suggest avoiding this branch.

Horrible passport photos, went all the way to renew my passport just for the photos to be too dark. Waste of time and money
