I had an emergency and Alan from Arc-O-Rooter showed up at his earliest, he came and cleared the line, everything was working but the water was backed up to the tubs again, so he shows up again with his camera and found a big drill bit lodged deep in the pipe, gave me a very reasonable price for the job. They have a customer for life. Grateful fir their honestly, customer service and workmanship

I called arc o rooter for my parents, their kitchen sink was clogged. Guzman called and said he'd be at the house in 15 min. Indeed he was. Brought in his equipment, worked quickly and neatly. Before we knew it he was finished. We also had a discussion about dish soap and tips to keep the drain clear. A truly valuable employee, so polite and respectful of my elderly parents.

We were very happy with the wonderful, service we received from Arc-o-Rooter. Alan scheduled us right away, telephoned 45 minutes before arrival, and did a great job. Thanks to this very handy technician, our kitchen sink is now completely unclogged (for the first time in years). We were very pleased with the way we were treated by this excellent company. We've tried the other rooters, and have to say that this was the most thorough service we have ever received.

Great experience from booking the appointment to the matter being resolved in about 3 hours; with the best (most fair) rates compared to the other companies in the area I spoke with. The person at the office was friendly, knowledgeable and able to book me a same-day appointment. As promised, the technician called when he was on his way and had a quick conversation with me confirming the reason for the service. He was at my house within a couple hours of my phone call with the office. He was professional, friendly and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend!!!!!

After waiting for over 5 hours one day and then 3 more hours the next day for another company to show up, I called arc-o- rooter. They responded to my call, said they would be there in 30 (arrived sooner), and then was out the door in another 30... in all less than 2 hours, and my tub is draining!

Just a great reliable family business. Plumbing line was plugged up that ran across the house, called the main number- spoke to a really helpful knowledge lady, they called me on my cell when they were on the way to my home I met them, a father son team, they were clean organized and know there business. Price was more than fair (truly about 1/2 of what I was expecting). Couldn't be happier with the service I rec'd.

Used them a few years ago and was happy so used them again. Also, my regular plumber of 18 years told me he recommends them all the time.

I have used Arc-O-Rooter twice now once in my old house and now in a different house. Both times they have produced superior service and go way way over the top. Joe was our service tech both times and he wont give up until he figures out the issue.

Dealt with another national chain that didn’t have a plan on how to tackle my issue, didn’t know anything about my septic setup and wanted to take advantage of me on the price. Great experience with Arc-O-Rooter and wouldn’t ever use anyone else.

Had an issues with 2 of 3 toilets in the house, called Arco Rooter and within an hour Geraldo showed up and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. I’m very please with the fast response and highly recommend Geraldo and Arco Rooter to anyone with any clog issues.

Quick to respond and got to our house in about 1-1/2 hours. Gerardo was quick, knowledgable and efficient. Initial call to problem solved in less than two hours! Highly recommended.

great family owned business, came out same day and were here with in 1 hour. They did a great job, and i would highly recommend them. Also price was very reasonable!!

We had the kast thing you want, a Sunday plumbing emergency. Both toilets, both sinks down for the count. Only one, and we'd wait u til Monday. Called three plumbers advertising 24/7 service. The first only will help you only if you have used them in the past. The second wanted $250 just to come out plus $150 for each half hour. Ouch! On to Arco - $195 for the call, worked just over an hour, fixed things up. Total cost of $275.
