I have had 2 experiences with Mike's over the past couple of years, and both were excellent. Very communicative, kept me well informed throughout the process. They coordinated everything with the insurance company, and resolved all of my concerns on both occasions. Hands down the best shop in town. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Liz and Hannah were always helpful when I called in. They took care of any of my requests. Matt is very detail oriented and speaks passionately about his work. Also, everyone I spoke to took pride in their work. This is what separates them from their competitors. I was used to jerks in the industry that tries to rush you off the phone and cuts corners behind your back. Matt’s knowledge of paints, and body work for BMW made me more comfortable than bringing it to BMW themselves. A+ guys. Highly recommended!
