Core Burn Pilates + Yoga New Canaan

Love them! I could not be happier! The studio is inviting, with friendly and attentive front desk staff and highly knowledgeable, professional instructors. After taking classes with Liz for about three months, my body is significantly more toned and I have enhanced performance in my swimming and running. The studio space is brand new, well-organized, clean, and compliant with covid safety protocols, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and a really great place to work out.

My first class was a group reformer class with Liz and she was fantastic. I've been taking Pilates (reformer) classes for 15+ years, and her verbal cues and adjustments made all the difference in making sure that I was using the right muscles at the right time. I bought a package before leaving the studio. I highly recommend checking them out!

I took my first yoga class today with Gena and it was fatastic! Gena made me feel completely at ease and took me through a thoughful power flow sequence that was challenging but also restorative. I could instantly tell she had quite alot of experience as an instructor, she was exceptional. The studio itself is also beautiful, immaculately clean and the entire staff could not be more welcoming. A true gem of a studio!

What a lovely experience and energizing Reformer session with Lexi! I now have a new favorite spot for yoga and Pilates. Monica is equally lovely. I highly recommend you try a class here- you’ll be hooked.

I have really enjoyed taking Pilates at Core Burn. Liz is a talented and patient teacher, especially for first timers. The studio is immaculate and the staff is welcoming!

Beautiful space! Very clean. Liz was great, she had great energy during the Yoga Fire. Monica made the check-in process really easy. I will definitely be back!

Take a class with Larysa!! She will push you to your limits in the best way!! This studio has the sweetest staff, they are all so welcoming!
