Tunxis Motorcycle Safety Course

Took the two day class, which was great. The instructors, Deb and Chris were fantastic! Very well informed and did an outstanding job working with everyone. There was a wide range of rider skills in my class, and the instructors did a great job coaching everyone individually, as well as the group.

Deb and Chris brought a lot of great energy to the experience, and I know everyone in the class loved working with them. I'll forever hear Chris yelling "turn your head!" and Deb "eyes up!" when I ride.

Overall only a positive experience during a 3-day BRC course. During the classroom portion, the instructor, Anthony, went above and beyond various scenarios that a motorcycle rider may encounter on the road and how to escape road hazards safely. The riding portion starts with a gentle introduction to a motorcycle and ramps up about 1/2-way through the class. Instructors check periodically with all students to make sure they are doing well and also having fun. There’s enough practice to pass the test at the end of the last day.

If you want to learn how to ride, I highly recommend coming here these guys really do care and they will teach you the right way.

Great course, great trainers, great experience! 100% worth going here over naugatuck! The drive was worth it! Trainers have the patience of a saint, and go above and beyond to make sure the participants are absorbing the content!

This place is part of the Tunxis community college and serves to help people understand motorcycling. I've been an avid rider for years but never had the endorsement, so it was time to be correct and get endorsed. This is part of the process to get that "M" stamped on your driver's license. I learned aot of new things, so it was worth the money to take the MSF course here. I recommend it to anyone willing to ride a motorcycle.

Horrible organization. I had to take 3 day off of work to be able to take the course. (Friday class and 2 sunday classes) I live about an hour away on my way there as I'm about to get off the exit 15 min befor the class starts I get the phone call that they canceled the whole course. They didn't coordinate with the town and the parking lot was being worked on. I had tried to register for classes earlier in the year but do yo there mail in only registration my application got "lost in the mail" so I had to sign up for this class that was the last one of the year.
