I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate this new, beautiful salon!! What a fantastic addition to downtown Newtown. Steven, Nicole & Gina are all top rate stylists who have years of experience in their craft. My first visit was such an amazing experience and my hair style literally never looked better. I highly recommend you give this new salon a try!

Steven-Nicole Salon is the best place for color and blow outs. I have red hair, and it is so hard to get a natural look. Nikki has been coloring my hair for more than 10 years, and everyone thinks it is natural color. The blow outs are superior and last for two days! Every cut frames my face and lays correctly even when I do my hair at home. I have naturally curly, fine hair. I have not had a single issue ever with her color choices or cuts. Don’t miss out on looking your best!

Julia did an AMAZING job. I had brunette hair and wanted to go copper. I've had people who have done my hair in the past and just never got it right when I wanted to go copper. Julia set up a consultation to go over what I was looking for, see my hair in person and just go through the details. She felt confident to do my hair and I wanted to go for it. She went above and beyond. She absolutely nailed it! I am obsessed with the color, haircut was perfect. She is super friendly and made sure I was happy with the end result. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

The salon is absolutely beautiful! The staff is extremely talented and the service is exceptional. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Nikki for years and she is amazing! I have been getting my hair done by Nikki for many years. I never ever leave disappointed. I have very stubborn grays and the products she uses are by far the best that have ever been used on my hair. The color lasts much longer than it has from any other salon. Everyone at the salon is very professional and inviting. My children also get their hair done here and LOVE it.

I have been looking for someone who could cut my hair right since I moved from Boston. I have thin, curly hair which is always challenging. Nicole got it right away. I brought an old picture of myself and a magazine photo I had been carrying around in my purse. Nicole immediately knew what I wanted and she even called it the “Meg Ryan haircut” which is what I usually reference when trying to explain the cut to other stylists. I sat down confidently in her chair knowing I was in good hands, and it turned out perfect. It was exactly what I wanted, and it was gorgeous! I felt 10 years younger and I couldn’t wait to show my husband who always liked my hair short and blown out. I can’t wait to see what it looks like curly too. Thanks Nicole! Your new space is beautifully decorated and inviting. The spacious open area and cleanliness also made me feel safe during this crazy pandemic. I’ll be back again soon! And I’ve already booked an appointment for my 13 year old daughter, I can’t wait to see what she does with her long, thick, straight locks!

Excellent service! I normally go to NYC for my haircut, not longer do I need to travel so far. Very nice to have a high quality cut so close to home. Talk about professional atmosphere, this is it. This was my first experience at this Salon, and my first impression was walking into a very open and spacious environment. I felt safe during these scary times it's important to have a salon with an open area, Gina also takes her time with every customer. I do not feel rushed through my appointment she is very professional and has mastered her craft. She is an amazing stylist and person. I had an outstanding appointment with Nicole. She listened to what I wanted and took my dry hair and transformed it into a healthy style. The salon is beautiful and so welcoming! Plus, it is pristine and clean. Great product offerings (Davines) - I love being able to try new products at home after having my hair done. Highly recommend making an appointment to check them out. You will not be disappointed. Oh, and the most comfortable hair washing station chairs! Easy parking!
