Came in today to return an item that I bought a while ago and ended up not using and figured I would look at pre-workouts. They had a great sale on plant-based protein and the manager, James, was really knowledgeable and courteous and helped me choose the right pre-workout for me. He also threw me a few free samples so I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience today - I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me out. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly and really set a high standard for customer service, not just at that store but everywhere. I went in for a few things and left with way more than I intended to buy. Great salesmanship and they really do have a huge variety of products, from protein to health and wellness to preworkouts and everything in between. I had been in once before and had a fine experience but this second visit really made an impression. Keep up the good work!

Amazing experience from a customer stand point experience. These guys were helpful without being pushy from the moment I walked in the door. Very knowledgeable about all products. I've been out of the workout world for a long time and was brought up to speed in a well detailed way without overwhelming complex word jargon. You have won over a repeat customer here. I went in yesterday to get general information on a couple of Preworkout and vitamin questions I had a the best customer service from a gentalman there that went out of his way to help me pick the right products that I needed to help out my workout routine! Just for his helpfulness and willing to explain thoroughly I will definitely be changing where I go to get my health and wellness supplies! 5 star for sure! Not to mention everything was very organized! 👌🏽

This place is amazing. Except for the managers god aweful canned ipod playlist. I feel for the employees that have to suffer listening to such low vibration rubbish. Other then that A+ for the selection and more so the exemplary staff.

The staff is even highly knowledgeable on the topic of nooyropics. 20 years ago this wad unheard of and stygmatized. Now my vision of the future in the past has finnaly caught up with what is now " the future"
