I lived in one of the KMF apartments for 2 years. I never had to deal with the office as I never had any issues or complains. The neighbors were quiet and the building was cleaned. The two people I dealt with while living here was Franchesca and Juan. I want to thank both of them for all the help in getting me into one of the apartments when I most needed one, and to Franchesca for returning my call, and who also was a big help in understanding my situation when I had to move out. I never overall had any issues with this complex. Thank You.

My landlord was helpful and on time. Yes, they are busy but they are doing their best .Negotiable, on time, and owns many apartments.

Really was thinking I would be getting my apartment after paying fees for back ground check and submitting so much documents running around left and right then the last step was landlord verification and they said I was denied due to landlord inconsistencies when they are the home owner asked them if there was anything I could do they but that didn’t help .I really never complain but as a business owner and operator it’s always something that can be done however everything happened for a reason I trust God has bigger and better I would really not recommend people waste money like we did because it was almost $300 in application fees and time wasted know for sure I was in contact with them for almost a whole month each day giving them all information just to be told this today .

Do not rent from these people. They still owe me money which they illegally took of of my account because I had already moved out. Spoke with Franchesca on 10/14/22 she promised they would be mailing out a check which I never received the check because it was never mailed out. They will not let Rhino cancel my deposit policy because they claimed they never did a walk through even though I moved out a month ago! They are fraudulent and will give you the run around to benefit themselves.

They also give their tenants a discount for writing them good reviews so I would not believe half of these good reviews.

The property management sucks. Andrew never answers his email or pick up the phone. It can be an emergency and no one will respond. Packages get stolen everyday and they do absolutely nothing about it. It sucks, I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE IF I WAS YOU! Seabreeze buildings

I lived there for a year nd I experienced a few issues. Mice, flies, I'm extremely OCD and my apt is spotless btw ,high humidity apartments, spanish music noise by neighbor etc.... Andrew is nice and gave me back my deposit in a few days they stay on top of the apartments which I liked. I really hated seeing dead rats outside of my door

These people are so unprofessional...I have been calling and emailing Juan..and he never gets back to me..and then today a woman named Eliza calls me back and asks me some questions and then said she couldn't hear me..so I disconnect my phone from the aux (quickly might I add) and she doesn't even wait 1second..she just hangs up on me..and then never calls back! Do yourself a favor ..if you're looking for a home find another realty company that cares...what a joke!

This is the worse realty there is all their apartments are mice infested and full of drugs.
