We love Glacier Grins!!! The staff are so, so kind and caring. My oldest has had a lot anxiety over the years. Dr Chad as ALWAYS been really sweet, understanding, and patient with my son. He's always being friendly and calm even when my son had major meltdowns. Dr. Richard is just as kind and caring. Thank you, Glacier Grins! We are so glad to have you in the Valley and to have you as our dentist. I would recommend them to everyone!

The staff and Doctors are amazing. They really do what it takes to make the child comfortable, they take their time and treat the children with respect. Always making sure the child understands and consents to what’s going on and I think that’s amazing. Always asking the kids if they need breaks or asking how they are doing through the procedure checking up. They make going to the denist not so scary. My boys are always looking forward to a popsicle and reward for being brave after their appointment ❣

DR Richard is amazing. Attentive and engagingvith my child. I love the he and Dr Chad work so well together. ZOE was very Profesional and explained all of the hygienic peocess so my child hadn't any questions. 4 years with the practice and they are still the best! And the lobby is so cute. Always friendly and inviting.

We have 3 children that see Doctor Chad (ages 9, 6, and 4). We LOVE Glacier Grins! Their front desk workers are always smiling, and are incredibly helpful in scheduling our children at the same time when possible, which is a huge relief when finding a way to juggle all 3 of the kids' schedules.

Our kids immediately get to feel at ease when first walking in, and play in their super fun waiting area complete with a big play tent, tablets on the wall, and tons of imaginative toys! Our wait times are never long, either!

Every time we have visited, Dr. Chad's dental assistants are sweet, vibrant, and are always finding ways to make the kids laugh. They always ask what Disney shows and movies they'd like to watch on the TV screen above their operating bed (another great tool for making the kiddos feel at home and shake off any nerves!). We also appreciate that they tell our kids each thing that they're going to do and show them their tools before getting in their space.

Finally, Dr. Chad is so warm, patient, and thorough. He always has nice things to say to the kids, works quickly, and let's us know helpful tips to keep our children's teeth as healthy as can be!

A clean and beautiful facility, welcoming staff, and so much fun!

Our kids have turned a complete 180° with Dr. Chad, and are no longer scared of the dentist! Truly the best in the valley! Thanks, doc!

I have never been to a pediatric dentist before and took my three kids in to Glacier Grins because a friend told me they were the only place to go, and boy was she right! The Staff, Assistants, and Doctors were all so friendly and amazing with my kids. My four year old said when he got back in the car, “Mom, that was SO much fun!”

I have a kiddo who has some sensory struggles as well as significant social anxiety and I could not believe how patient they were. As an adult I'm well aware that like any office there is a business to run and time is money. They went above and beyond to make sure my son (almost 4) was comfortable. They didn’t push and they let him move at his own pace. I believe it has given him the confidence for next time! And as a mom I didn’t feel like I had to push either. They were so professional and so sweet with him. I highly recommend.

Glacier Grins and ALL their staff are personable, professional and extremely helpful. Dr Chad is kind, gentle and very compassionate. My 3 yo had several teeth worked on at 1 time under general anesthesia. What could be a scary time was was not for the 3 yo or Momo. I will always recommend Glacier Grins to anyone who needs pediatric dental care, they are the very best!!

Glacier Grins is fantastic! Everyone in the office from the receptionists to the dentists are kind, friendly, encouraging and engaging. They're quick to my kids back in for additional issues--such as my sons busted tooth. The best part really is that my kids get excited for dentist appointments--and that's no joke. 🙌🏼

Our kids love Dr Chad and all the staff at Glacier Grins! They are so kind and patient and gentle with our little ones! I grew up loving going to the dentist and I think my kids will be able to have the same experience.
I’ve had one daughter get a cavity filled and she was so nervous but the entire process was painless and Dr Chad did everything to make it a calm and non-scary process for her.
I also have another daughter who is scared of doctors and doctor offices and everyone at Glacier Grins always make her feel so relaxed and at her last appointment she actually laid down in the chair and let them brush her teeth and look in her mouth.
So grateful to have this great pediatric dentist office here in the valley.

All 3 of my kids love Glacier Grins and look forward to their next cleaning. The staff in the front are always extremely welcoming and kind, the hygienists are fun and ease your kids nerves and the dentists are top notch. They are very patient and understanding of every kids needs and definitely make the visit to the dentist office as seamless as possible. 10/10 recommend.

We have always had pleasant experiences @ Glacier Grins. The staff are friendly & informative…front desk personnel, dental assistants and of course both Dr Chad & Dr Rich! Both dentists are great with kids & have lots of good “dad jokes”.

We had a great experience at Glacier Grins. The dental assistants were patient and friendly to both of my kids (they are younger than 3 years old for reference). Despite one of them feeling very anxious, Dr. Richard talked to him kindly and compared his teeth to dinosaur teeth to help him feel more comfortable, since he loves dinosaurs. I was very impressed by the staff and facility. I would recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone.

My two littles had such an amazing experience at Glacier Grins. It was such a clean office with a great atmosphere. Over all we absolutely loved the staff, they were all wonderful, and made my kids feel so comfortable and confident in what was happening. 10/10 recommend!

We LOVE glacier grins. They do everything they can to help my kids feel comfortable, especially when they have to do hard things. So thankful for their kind hearts, their comfortable office, and their knowledgeable staff!

Even though this wasn't my children's first visit, one of my younger kids was feeling uncomfortable. However the hygienist didn't make a big deal out of it or make my child more upset ! She slowed down and used all of her tricks to make him comfortable and even got him to laugh before she continued. I know her patience and caring changed his attitude for future visits ! Instead of it being a bad or scary thing it was fun and successful. Thank you !!

I love that my kids have a place they are comfortable at and look forward to rather than dread or be scared of the dentist. The staff is always kind and amazing and they truly are the best pediatric dentist you could ask for. I’m so glad we chose them and we will continue to recommend them to anyone with kids!

My son has autism and a fear of the dentist. Dr Chad has been nothing but amazing with him. Dr Chad is always so calm and patient with my son. Never pushing my son past what he is comfortable with. We love glacier grins and can’t recommend them enough!

Such a great experience! All of the staff are professionals at caring for kiddos! The staff at the front desk are caring and informative (McKayla went above and beyond). The waiting area is equipped with a nice little play room, and the treatment room has a TV on the ceiling! Dr Chad took the time to go over all options explaining everything wonderfully. My little one ended up needing anesthesia for treatment and the care provided was just top notch. I wouldn’t bring a little one to anyone else!

We LOVE coming to our dentist appointments. The staff is always friendly and the environment is perfect for kids to feel comfortable! We’ve tried many different dentists but will keep coming here for as long as we live in this area!

Quick visit to the Dentist today for my oldest to check a sore 🦷 tooth, a cleaning and no cavities. They had a little spare time & knocked out 2 apts at once for her. I love that they communicate a lot with parents and don't do unnecessary to work.
New baby brother 4mo got passed around the Dr.'s and hygienists, toured the office and he loved the bubble wall! It's great to get littles comfortable with the office and doctors while young, nothing but smiles today 🫧👶 We love Uncles/Dr. Chad & Dr.Rich! See you when his first tooth comes in! ❤
