What a nice experience. Called late morning for help and within an hour Josh was here installing a new water heater! I also really appreciated that the company sent a text with Josh’s name and picture so I would know who to expect. Josh was very nice and (as far as I know)😊 did a very good job. I will definitely recommend/refer him and the company to others!

Jeff came to install a smart thermostat in our condo. The directions were awful and not complete!!! He never gave up!!! He called the company website and got everything all set up for us!!! He continued to make sure and walk me through the process and made sure I understood it completely!!! He was calm, friendly, and very professional!!! Thanks to Jeff, we now have a decent thermostat!!! Thanks Central for having a phenomenal crew!!!

Great experience with Central! They put us on the calendar with their next opening (non-emergency issue) and were able to get to us about a week ahead of schedule. Connor and Zach came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a recommendation for fixing the issue. We really appreciate their professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend!

Was very knowledgeable and and gave me options and there was no pressure on me, deciding which unit I wanted to get. He was very professional. When Matt and Drew came to install my new systems, they were extremely polite, neat and tidy, and very efficient. They answered all my questions and helped me with anything I needed to learn. It was a very good experience. I’m looking forward to my new home comfort.

The electricians who came to my home were excellent. Fast, efficient, and professional. They were upfront about the costs and were transparent about the needs of the repairs. I felt like they were honest and trustworthy. They even spent time educating me on how to properly use my new thermostat. I will continue to hire this company for all my electrical needs. Thank you.

Denver and Austin did an amazing job with a last second fix that had been causing issues for my family! These two were great with a wonderful sense of humor but also did a great job fixing everything quickly and professionally while being friendly and personable. Would recommend these two for anyone with plumbing issues!

Joel did an awesome job! He’s very skilled in working with electrical issues and was able to figure out the problem in our home and explain what needed to be done to resolve it. He completed the work needed while educating me about what he was doing, what the electrical lingo meant and answering all my questions in bite size pieces so I could understand what he was talking about! Wonderful technician came to our house today! He had full knowledge of the system. He was personable and spent plenty of time checking out details. He answered all our questions and left the system much better than when he started.

Have had a lot of work done by this company and loved it all. Recently had a heater installed and I gotta say not only does that thing crank out some real heat but the install was so clean it looked like it had always been there. Conner was the technician who oversaw the project and I’ve never witnessed such a level of competence and professionalism in an electrician. Not only was his crew timely, polite and efficient but the whole experience was underpinned by Conner’s delightful wry humor and strong work ethic. You’d be lucky to have your home graced with an install by Central, and specifically, Conner.

Lee did a terrific Job upgrading my thermostat along with the scheduled furnace maintenance. He is knowledgeable and efficient.
Also, Steve was a great resource analyzing our home, providing valuable information on the different options when it comes time to replace our furnace and AC.

I was super impressed with Josh Secrease! He was very polite and thorough and explained what he did to repair my kitchen faucet. Josh is welcome in my home anytime because I trust his plumbing skills and integrity. 👍😊

Joel, was efficient and very helpful in figuring out the problem I had with the power at my house. It ended up not being my house and he called the electric company and someone came right away and we got the problem fixed. It was another good interaction with central pluming and heating we will continue to rely on them in the future.

Zach and Connor to the rescue! Thank you both for your super quick response and great work and explanation of your repairs. We were without light in our bathroom due to exposed wires shorting out our breaker. I'm so relieved to have light again and know we're safe! Super polite, friendly, and excellent service. These guys are awesome!

Josh and Matthew from Central performed the semi annual service checks on our HVAC and mini-split units. They showed up on time, performed the service, put everything back in place and discussed results with us before departing. We've used this service from Central for more than a decade (Central also installed our equipment initially) and believe it to be worthwhile as part of our routine maintenance of household systems.

The two technicians who installed my lighting fixtures over my kitchen island, Connor and Zach, were outstanding. They took a lot of time to make sure the fixtures were aligned properly and on the right tilt. They were very pleasant to work with and I would rate their work ethic as outstanding.

Josh with Central Heating was great throughout the whole process of replacing our water heater. The consultation was informative, and the installation of the new water heater was fast and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. Overall a great experience.
