I would like to express my gratitude to the morning crew for their exceptional service. Despite some of my mornings not starting off well, the team has consistently provided me with friendly and efficient service every time I've ordered my coffee over the past several days. Their warm smiles and positive attitude have truly brightened my mornings.

Came in with a bus of kids and the staff was super professional and fast. The lady taking our order was efficient and friendly and made our stop quick. We Appreciate the awesome service

The ice cream machine was working AND they had hazelnut syrup for iced coffee! It’s a very specific thing to review about but for me, I know from experience McDonald’s in Montana usually don’t carry hazelnut.

We walked inside to order and take out our food. The place was clean, our order was correct and the staff was friendly. It was a good visit.

Friendly. Usually quiet and relaxing.
Polson recently updated. New kiosk, if desired. Order, take a number, pay the machine, get your drink and sit down for courtesy table delivery.

One basic Burger that is often overlooked is the Daily Double. Inexpensive $2.55 double cheeseburger and has real tomato slice, mayonnaise, lettuce and sliced onions rather than the normal catsup-onion bits mix. Seems like a bargain price and a bit healthier. It's not even on their website! Go to Search and enter Daily Double. But it is in the McDonald's app and kiosk. SEE MY DAILY DOUBLE PHOTO!

But my favorite is still the Double Quarter Pounder... if you are hungry and want a high protein, 100% beef, meatloaf-like meal.

And lastly, if you are older, don't forget the 50c Senior soft drinks and coffee. The app does not have it, but the kiosk and counter do. We've also found a couple of states that don't serve them.

The only negative is some potholes in the parking lot. --> potholes we're fixed!! 5 STARS

Fast food and it was hot. Friendly staff.

The lady running her mouth about the blonde manager is way out of pocket, she has always been a easure to deal with and goes above and beyond to assure i have a great experience. Remembers my order to a T after all these years. I have never had better service, HOTTER, or faster food from any McDonalds or manager other than the Polson location. They kill it every single time. Love passing through for work and love the staff. Don't believe the haters throwing shade.

Delilah was amazing this morning! She helped me get some hashbrowns after my order had timed out online. It had been a rough morning, and being able to get a hot breakfast (even though we arrived just after 10:30) really helped brighten the day. Thanks again to Delilah and staff who helped us! Delilah went above and beyond and we really appreciate it.

Got it to go, ordered on app, but the place was clean and the lady behind the counter was Awesome!

From out of town and we've adapted to the "Fast Food" being a Convenience food in Polson. Fast food is never fast. The staff was super friendly and our order was correct. I'd avoid any major mealtimes. Go 30-45 mims prior or after and the lines are a lot shorter. Food was tasty too. :)

I have two high school girls who take amazing care of me and my family, Hailey and Gwen. They are so sweet and the customer service is amazing. I can’t believe how hard working these two young ladies are they literally go to school all day, and then head to work for a full shift. If they can do it you can too! Thank you babes! 💕

Good clean restaurant. The food is always good in all the years I've been going there I've only had my order messed up one time. The food is always fresh and the service is fast through the drive-thru. Thank you Hadwin family for keeping on top of your businesses and making them a good place to go to. Can't wait until the new one is rebuilt so I have one close to my home and it is going to be awesome state-of-the-art

Got as good of service as you would expect at McDonald's , no complaint, order was correct items.

Pam is one of the nicest window operator and order taker. She has the best personality first thing in the morning and makes the experience of waiting pleasant when you get to your turn.

I normally don't care for Micky Ds but the group I was with wanted to go. I got the bacon Quarter Pounder and it was the best I've had. The staff was super friendly too.

Always clean, well-lighted, people are polite and friendly. Lots of room. big Tables. Fast WIFI. Clean bathrooms. Best fountain sodas anywhere. My Android App gives me REAL incentives to come in more often. Location is very convenient. The Parking can be a struggle, especially when someone is pulling out of the drivethrough into a blind turn.

All-day breakfast is a gift from God. Never again shall we linger for want of hotcakes and sausage. Gone are the days of hoping you have made it in time for an Egg McMuffin, only to be heartsick that breakfast ended five minutes ago. Rejoice! The Father has blessed your patience. Make your hearts firm! The presence of the Lord is near. This is a sign of great things to come. Amen.
