Great job tonight, guys! Everything was perfect — from service to a neat and tidy bag of food. You even put the forks and napkins in the bag and left notes for our special items. Appreciate it!

I work here as of last month but disregarding that my experience going thru the drivethru anytime since it opened has always been awesome. Fastest place to get quality good food for reasonable prices made by friendly employees who follow strict hygiene policies so you know the food is always prepped w care n safety in mind. 12/10, not just because I work there now xD but because even before I did it my opinion of Polson Taco Bell has always been stellar for more than good reason

Every time I place an online order here at Polson Taco Bell the order is always correct and never missing anything. Also the food is fresh which I can’t say for many other Taco Bell’s that I’ve been too. Thank you Polson Taco Bell for doing your job correctly and making people happy. 😊

Great food at a great price if you have a great big family to feed like I do...something on the menu for even the pickiest eater.

Standard taco bell food. My order got mixed up with someone else's which was fine, but I felt bad for the employees because all of them sounded like they were going to get in a lot of trouble for a tiny mistake. Everyone was friendly and nice though.

You don't have to deal with person anymore to order your food. It's all key screens now.

Recently ive noticed the staff has been new and exceptional at their job. Currently i would rate this location five stars and the best ran taco bell ive been to. Im not sure what changed but the ladt several times ive been here, ive felt inclined to write a review because i was so impressed with the exceptional service, correct orders, and level of proffessionalism. Only problem is i dont see nametags. I have to describe them as a female with a goth look and short hair etc.. There are currently an excetional crew running this place and its a pleasure to see people being good at their jobs.

We went for the first time this year and the staff was friendly and quick. The management has really stepped up here to make sure orders are out quickly and correct.

Each time I have brought my mom in we were treated so well. The whole staff are wonderful caring people. Today they found my credit card and when I called they already had made arrangements to have it returned!!! Great place to eat great views!

Who doesn't love tacos? And the staff was super friendly. Someone came in with two kids and couldn't get their phone payment system to work. The cashier took her own $ and bought the kids food. Super impressed.

Clean and fast service. Please train the Kalispell locations, they don't know how to Taco Bell.

Husband was Very impressed with the young people working there. They were very pleasant, very professional. And trust me he doesn't say that lightly!

I don’t know who was the cook on August 31st, 2019 at 630 PM, but they made the best Crunchwrap I’ve ever had, in terms of taste and how well it held together, and I’ve been eating them for years. Good job whoever made that Crunchwrap!

The drive through was painfully slow. The taco and burrito were good, the cinnamon twists were spit it out terrible.

Got my order in a timely manner. The person working who took my order was polite and my order was made exactly as requested without having to ask for it to be remade. The store was clean and well stocked.
