Polson Bay Grocery

I have been using the laundromat for a year and a half now. I am also disabled and I most of the time have someone who helps me. But everytime I have had to go on my own, the employees there go out of their way to help me. They have carried my laundry both into the mat and then back to my car. If any of the machines give me problems, they fix it to the best of their ability very quickly. Today, when one of the dryers wouldn't take my quarters they even helped me transfer all my clothes to another dryer.
I haven't had to ask for their help often but they always do with a smile on their face and a kind word. They have brightened my day and reminded me that there are still good people out there.

This is a well-run convenience store. 5 stars because I got to know Jesse the owner and he is a go-getter and a really nice guy, open minded and fair. We need more people like him.

Purchased multiple kegs from PBG this summer for a wedding. George was a big help in getting all of the availability, delivery, taps, troughs etc sorted. They have a huge selection of beer from macro to mirco. You can also fill your growlers here!

Great staff good snacks

The store is nice. Employees are cordial, greet you. The laundromat sux. More than half the machines are OUT OF ORDER. I hope there is another laundry in town.

Under new ownership or whatever this long time favorite store of myself and my family's is just not as great anymore. We frequently use Polson Bay for gas, ice, laundry, snacks, even movies when they rented those out. Now I barely leave a blanket in the washer for an hour and both times GONE of course you leave at your own risk. However if I didn't know everybody that does laundry there then I wouldn't be suspecting possible employees. Apparently theres a worker who will put things in the back sometimes well we have yet to meet this person even after leaving a note. I'm in there every few days for laundry. If I could go somewhere else I would but in Polson of course you are limited so I avoid even going inside for gas or snacks or anything now because to be honest customer service nowadays is pure AWFUL anyways.

This is the worst car wash I've ever seen. I could piss more pressure. Shame.

Horrible customer service. The new owner could see a line building at the only check out and refused to take my cash and turn a fuel pump on for me. I went else where.
