Red Lion Ridgewater Inn & Suites Polson

Stayed in a junior suite. Super nice room,
The good:
Very comfortable bed/pillows, quiet and slept like a log.
Many amenities, high quality toiletries, desk, couch, easy chair, nice shower head, plenty of storage for your things.
It’s like they thought of everything, lamps in the right places, plug-ins, convenient and comfortable.
Hot tub and pool awesome
Staff very nice and helpful
Coffee, ice water available all day, and small convenience store to purchase a variety of things
Other( nothing bad just comments)
It is summer so pricey, very well worth it tho.
Had room on main floor, very quiet for being close to lobby/front door. Did hear stomping in above room in the morning.
I can tell it was designed well to limit noise. In comparison to other places I’ve stayed, didn’t hear people talking in hall, etc.
Would agree with others, the bed is high off the floor to get in to. I had no trouble but a shorter person definitely would.
Didn’t have lake view. They do have area where you can sit outside to see lake.
This will be my go-to for staying in Polson for sure.

Very clean, fairly quiet, and available rooms with a view of lake and mission mountains. Shopping close by along with restaurants.

This Red Lion was exceptional! The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. They met the needs of my visiting wedding clients. The front desk staff completely accommodated us when the weather changed and we could no longer do photos outside. They allowed us to overtake the lobby and keep the magic happening. Cheerful staff, clean rooms and amenities. My house had some renovations finishing up and I booked two days to just get away from it till finished. My stay was excellent. My cat was welcome. And the showers were nice and hot. I will recommend this highly to everyone. Thank you!!!

After an all-around rough day of my boyfriend’s car getting stuck in snow and an unfortunate dinner experience, we came to the Polson Red Lion for a stay that we hadn’t planned for, and it was a great one! As soon as we got there we felt welcomed. The woman working the front desk last night was such a joy and incredibly personal and accommodating as she shared with us that she hadn’t seen snow this bad in Polson since 1996 (not the best day for a day trip on our part lol). Check-in was super quick and easy and our room was clean and cozy, just what we needed for the night. On top of that, we had a nice breakfast and the woman who helped us check out this morning was also very sweet and personable. If you’re looking for a place to seek refuge from the snow, or to stay while visiting Flathead in the summer, I’d recommend this hotel greatly. The staff is wonderful and it was nice to interact with nice, genuine people after being stranded for a few hours and having a rough restaurant experience. I have never left a public review, but the staff here truly redeemed our otherwise pretty unfortunate day, and for that I thank them. (:

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The front desk clerk was pleasant, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I am a light sleeper and slept thru the night, it was very quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A great experience at the hotel. The staff is really excellent, especially the young lady on the morning shift. I have stayed at the hotel many times and have never been disappointed. I am a loyal customer of the Red Lion Inn & Suites Polson.

I have stayed here many times and always get the best service! I love the size of the rooms, the feel of home when you walk in, and the care of the staff! They also accommodate your fur baby!!! The location is on the edge of town so you are right by all amenities. But, if you don't want to go anywhere, a restaurant is connected to the building so you can order and walk to go pick up!

Beautiful hotel! Our room was large and clean, and they have a great breakfast.
Our room overlooked the lake and mountains, it was foggy/rainy when we were there but on a sunny day I can just imagine how beautiful it would be.
Wal Mart is very close, as are a lot of other places. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that has very good food and you don't have to walk out in the rain !

The Poison Red Lion was very comfortable and quiet. I stayed in a double queen bed style room. In the first bed I tried to sleep in (I checked it before crawling in) had other peoples hair on the sheets. That was kind of gross, but the other bed was clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice place. Clean, friendly and well kept. The staff was professional and pleasant, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and everything was just the way you want a business stay to be. If I am back in town again, I will definitely be staying here.

Very comfortable beds. I wanted to take mine home!

Beautifully clean and maintained. One problem. I am nearly 70 yrs old and petite. The mattresses are so thick the bed came up to my waist. Makes it difficult to get into bed. Refrigerators are low on the floor, making it hard to get things in and out when your older. Still I'll put up with that for the excellent service and well maintained rooms.

We found the hotel to be just lovely. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The room provided all of the appointments that we needed. We LOVED discovering the MacKenzie Pizza Company restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel! I also appreciated that in these pandemic times, they provided a check box menu that could be turned in the night before and the breakfast picked up and enjoyed in our room the next morning! Wonderful service! Two Thumbs up!

Great place to stay during a family reunion. Friendly, helpful front desk, clean rooms, and enjoyed the pool and hottub! Great view!

It the Best Place to Stay in Beautiful Polson Montana We love it here Every thing is just the best got breakfast it's the Bomb Yummy than the food is #1 best ever.. it's got every thing you could ask for pool hot tub the greatest Next door is dinner n Walmart everything is right there Yes Check it Out for yourselves.. You will enjoy it... yeppers...🪶👌❤

Staff is absolutely outstanding. Very helpful and courteous. Hotel is also FUR family friendly.
Facility is very clean and Covid safety set in place. No room service during the stay due to “covid safety guidelines hotel has in place”. We would liked to have had that but for whatever we needed, we were able to get from amazing front desk staff. Recommend and will stay here again.

This was possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! It was so great that we cancelled our (more expensive) reservations at a "fancier" hotel because Red Lion was so great at an even more affordable price. Rooms were super clean and the location is beautiful. We were on the bottom floor and it was pretty quiet too. Thank you for a lovely stay!
