Walmart Supercenter

Definitely a superstore. This place is like a Home Depot, Michael’s, Walgreens and Albertsons all in one.

We came looking for a sun hat. The employees were great at telling us exactly which aisle to look in amongst the hundreds of aisles. The sun hat we were looking for didn’t exist at this megastore, but it was an impressive shop to walk around.

Literally everything you need to run a household. They even sell cigarettes here.
Plenty of wide open parking out front.

One of the best Walmarts with Arguably one of the best views in the United States.

Better than most of the Walmarts I have frequented.

Alejandro is the best floor manager and all around best employee. i hate going there without him there as the other employees are better workers when he is there

FYI to all Thanksgiving shoppers!!! Walmart is closed this Thanksgiving 2023!!! Sorry for the inconvenience, just wanted to try and warn peeps before they make the trip!!! Happy Thanksgiving y'all!!!

Most of the employees are friendly and very helpful. Some of them need customer service training.
Sometimes it's hard to find certain products like party invitations, twist up air fresheners, certain varieties of canned dog and cat food.
I find trash and refrigerator items in places they shouldn't be. Why aren't the employees keeping the shelves cleaned from trash debris?

Good Walmart. They actually have pretty good customer service.✅

Glad we have a place local to shop at. It's convenient so people don't have to go all the way to Kalispell or Missoula to shop.

This is a great Walmart. It's the employees that makes the difference. That said, all the shelves were fully stocked and it was one day before the 4th of July. Management was prepared for the large influx of tourists and locals preparing for the 4th of July holiday. There is plenty of parking with handicap parking up close. The store was exceptionally well organized and very clean. I had some heavy items and the cashier offered to call someone to help me load my car. That's a first time experience for me at a Walmart and that's what made this place special. I also had to ask two other employees where other items were and they didn't just point they literally took me to what I was looking for. This is an unusual experience for me at a Walmart. My experience is with the large Walmarts in the large inner cities of Salt Lake City and Billings Montana or Dallas Texas. The experience is wildly different here.

I haven't had one bad experience at Walmart. Staff is helpful and will drop what they're doing to help you find something. I prefer self checkout, and although it has a 20 item limit, the staff has never refused me, even when scanning two carts full of groceries. Customer service is also very helpful, I've had times when I need to return items with no receipt or tag and they still allowed me to return the item.

Wonderful customer service helped me cash a check on short notice.

Recently I went into the Polson Walmart and I got $40 back from after i checked out. anyhow I got distracted and I walked off and forgot about it but a gentleman that works there his name is 'ART' happened to see that I left it there. He grabbed the money and he went and found me and gave it back to me. I am 56 years old and I can count on one hand how many times something like that has happened to me!!! That kind of honesty and Integrity is so rare that I had to write up a review and let everybody know that if you see that guy in the store please go up and shake his hand for me because I have already thanked him several times and let his bosses know that as well. Wa-mart better not ever not ever fire him because if they do I will hire him in a heartbeat and I hope that Walmart somehow reads this and rewards that gentleman in some way!!!!!!

I like this store because ots not too big. I can find everything I need but I don't get lost. The people are friendly too

Polson supermarket is, by far, the best one around. Well stocked shelves, open lanes. On mid-day Tues. Walked right to a checkers, parking in and out easy. We'll worth a trip south from Bigfork rather than to Kalispell.

Every ones awesome in Walmart great customer service very helpful n kind most of the employees there's a few the store could go without but on the positive side we have a great store..

Been here many times I’m always happy with the good sales they have. They have a great food selection with everything between baking and baby food! I’m really happy with this Walmart which prompted me to write this review, well the other day my card was declined by mistake and I had already done 3 hours of shopping…well instead of putting back all my hard work they did me a HUGE favor and let me get it the next morning! How very nice of them!!!

Great store prices are comparable to others

For some reason today the exceptional service provided by EVERY employee in every department. Each one greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help finding anything and it made the trip much faster. Well done!

2022- showed up delivery day and everyone was busy stocking. Staff was super friendly and we were able to find what we were looking for!

2020-Found what I needed and got out. Clean and carts were being sanitized before each use. That was reassuring!
