This place has changed from when they opened. My first reviews weren't good as we didn't have good service before. Hadn't been back in a long while. Came back reluctantly for a sale. Wow, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We came back the next week and it was even better. Glad we gave them another chance.

I was helped by a very nice young lady named Julia, super polite and very helpful to find the items I was looking for. Definitely deserves a raise!

Bought a Husqvaurna chainsaw yesterday evening in polson Murdochs.The 2 gentlemen who helped me with my purchase were Top Notch in what they do.Just want to give them the props they deserve.I cant recall there names but one is assistant manager.Thanks much for the great experience..

Had a great experience. I went in looking for a tank top and some shorts as we were visiting from out of state and it was much hotter than I expected and wasn't quite prepared. The associate who helped me was very helpful. She listened to what I was looking for comfortable and age appropriate, and just my size (my size isn't the easiest to find). She had great suggestions and I ended up buying several of her suggestions.
I wish I could remember her name (it's been a few weeks), however I will say I was so happy with her service I did go and put in a good word with the manager. She was so nice, you would have thought she worked on commission but no, she was just a genuinely nice and helpful person
All other staff I encountered were also very pleasant. They all seemed to enjoy working there.

Everytime we stop we find the kindest and most helpful employees. Always willing to answer questions and help and assist with anything they can. Cashiers are friendly and always have a beautiful smile to welcome you in as well as share with you while checking you out at the end.

They have a great selection of farm and ranch goods, nice selection of cowboy and hiking boots, my wife likes the clothes.

It is a higher priced but higher end store. I love the selection of dog accessories as well as clothing and holiday decorations. They carry all sorts of ranch supplies too.

Christmas shopping is easy with the wide selection of offerings at Murdoch's. Whatever your family or friends style or interests are, they likely have something that they will love. Good selection of stocking stuffers too.

This place has a lot of everything including items you didn't know you needed. Visiting from out of state and went in for a new leash/collar set for my puppy and walked out with not only my intended items, but a stamped puppy ID, the BEST local pretzel chips and some very pretty local silver earrings. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is quite clean with much to choose from. Great place for hardwoods and smoking/grilling needs as well.

I love this store. It's where I can get my "western" shopping done that fits our ranch and country lifestyle. Of course it isn't all just western merchandise but that's my favorite. Recently I purchased some their Pendleton towel sets. What beautiful designs! This spring we'll get some of their baby chickens.

I work construction and ever since the Covid pandemic hit, products have been totally hit or miss. A couple months ago I needed new work boots. I have only ever found one brand that holds up and Murdochs carries that brand. Been extremely hard to find in my size, even from the manufacture. Went in today, and Michaela was employee who assisted me. She had no problem looking up exactly what I wanted, Unfortunately what I was looking for was not available. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind trying to find my size in that particular brand. I was kind of in a rush so I told her to give me a call. She called me not only once, but twice to give me the options that she was able to find. She made the whole process a lot easier then what it has been in the past. Thank you very much Michaela, I truly appreciate your diligence with this. Excellent customer service.

Love Murdoch’s. This location has great staff who talks to you and makes you feel welcome. As always, great selection of jeans and any outdoor materials/gear you could want

My favorite store in the whole world! They got guns. They got knives. They got Kuhl clothing. They got car stuff. Jean's. Candy. Splitting axes and saws. Everything you need to become Jeremiah Johnson.

They are very kind to my dog, and let me bring him, "Mr. Speckles' into the store. Knowledgeable staff, good selection, and fair prices. Can recommend.

I love that we can bring our dogs into Murdoch's and even though things are a little pricey, we can almost always find what we need. It's been a great addition to Polson; the other options are driving to Ronan and hitting up Westland seed, or cenex depending on your needs.

The gun shop helped me quickly find a red dot sight that would fit my m17. Really good customer service.
