Carolina is the best! She shapes my eyebrows perfectly and gives the least painful Brazilian. She works quickly and efficiently so you’re in and out with as little pain as possible. I’ve been using her for 2 years now, highly recommend her!

I’ve been coming here to see Amanda for years. She does a thorough job and makes it almost painless. The front desk workers are friendly and efficient. I’ve never felt as if anyone here was pressuring me to buy product or upgrade any services. The whole staff is courteous.

Love this place! Been coming here for years and it quite honestly feels like a mini family reunion every time I come! Now that speaks to their customer service. My waxer Samantha is great, speedy and efficient! She will make any wax experience a smooth one, especially if it’s your first time! The front desk staff are always very accommodating!

I been going for over 6-7 years in Fairfield location and Westport location, tried almost everyone that works there. I had good and not so good experience.
Two years ago I met Amanda and she really changed my experience in to excellent experience. If she is not working the day I am off I will wait until I book the appointment with her. She is very very very good at her job. If she leave Fairfield location I will follow her because Brazilian is very sensitive treatment and she is expert.

Was going here years ago then stopped but started up again and I couldn't be more happy ! Not only with a friendly staff but I feel safe and it is always clean ! Bree is amazing at what she does and helps this pregnant momma all the time!

I started going to European Wax Center when I lived in Tucson, AZ and I had just purchased a 12+1 package when I found out I was moving. I was thrilled to know that the package would continue when I was relocated back east for work. Package deals are the way to go! It is always clean, quick in & out, and great service. Becky is the best...I love her and have been using her for the last 3 years. She is so friendly and always asks me "what's new" and she always remembers what we talked about last. I am there for maybe 15 minutes (max) but that personal touch of remembering your customer really makes a difference.

I was super nervous getting my first Brazilian wax but Melba made my first experience amazing. She walked & talked me through everything & there was little to no pain. Since then I've been back every month.! Its definitely worth it. If you can request Melba she is awesome
