I had a great experience at New Canaan Dentistry. The dental hygienist was so friendly and Dr Harbottle was just as friendly and made sure to come say hi. The office was clean and I didn’t have to wait long to be called for my appointment. I would highly suggest going to this dentist. They also have a lot of times available when trying to schedule an appointment and don’t have to wait to get in.

Dr Harbottle is the best dentist I’ve been at! Everything about the office was fast, efficient, and everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially the office manager! Highly recommend him, I have had such great experiences here.

Dr. Paul Harbottle is a very knowledgeable dentist. My family has been coming to the practice for years and we have had excellent experience.

As far as dentists go he’s by far one of the best I’ve seen. Professional, courteous, and efficient. Office manager is kind and knowledgeable about insurance benefits. They really look after your best interests. I look forward to the next visit.

Dr Harbottle is the best! He runs a tight ship. He is “state of the art”. He is thorough, efficient and friendly. All who work there are incredibly talented in what they are responsible for. The receptionist is kind, courteous and bright.

Dr. Harbottle has always gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is optimal. I have been taken care of last minute when I had an emergency and office staff was always quick to answer and schedule. Thanne, the office manager makes sure my visit is swift and is a genius at last minute scheduling. Kudos to this office, I won’t go anywhere else.

After years of dealing with multiple dentists and dental issues Dr Harbottle was recommended to me from several trusted sources. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and has helped resolve many of the long-standing problems. He is friendly and professional as is his entire staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harbottle's for 25 years. with four dentists in my lifetime, he is by far the best! His staff as well from his office manager, Than, to the hygienist, Susan, (that I generally see), are all incredibly competent, friendly and helpful.

You can always tell the 'work-place climate' of a practice by the longevity of the office staff. In this case the last office manager was there for at least fifteen years and the professional staff all have significant longevity as well.

Finally, (and selfishly most importantly) as one who has a great deal of trepidation in visiting the dentist, the entire team makes the visit whether for routine cleaning or more significant work, as pleasant an experience, as possible, with minimal wait time.

In sum, I highly recommend Dr. Harbottle and his team. With the increasing consolidation of health practices, it is refreshing to deal with a personable practice as his.
