Very good gym, lots of equipment and space. The sauna is my favorite part of the whole gym. Locker rooms are clean and well kept. Great indoor heated lap pool. Love their new PRT training room, the workouts with their coaches are excellent. Really excited to try the cryotherapy and red light therapy in the new REZEN room. Highly recommend La Fitness in Trumbull.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the gym! The staff is so welcoming when I walk in and always greet me with a smile. You can tell that who works here loves their job which is not something you see very often! The PRT sessions are a great workout especially after a long day at work. I also saw they’re adding a new program for recovery and cryotherapy and I absolutely cannot wait to try it out. My favorite thing to do after a workout is the sauna and occasionally the jacuzzi. Overall if you’re looking for a great place to workout, the Trumbull LA Fitness is the place to go!

Damian is one of the kindest trainers ever. He is hardworking and wants the best for each person that walks in the room. Gym is great. Philip is awesome!

This gym is a spacious haven for fitness enthusiasts. The variety and quality of equipment is unmatched, catering to all workout preferences. The dedicated cycling room and versatile aerobics room with punching bags add to the diverse workout options. The indoor heated lap pool and dry sauna offer luxurious post-workout relaxation. The functional turf area provides a dynamic element to any workout routine. Cleanliness is top-notch, especially in the spacious locker rooms. The recovery studio, cryotherapy is an exciting addition. This gym is a wellness hub. Highly recommended!

PRT TRAINING with Damian is great. He makes us work hard and is encouraging. I will continue to come back again and again.

Has all the machines/equipment you could want and plenty of room for free weight dumbbells. The gym is very open and never gets too crowded. Also the sauna is a super nice feature to have.

Trumbull is the best LA Fitness facility I’ve been to in Connecticut . The customer service is really great , they make you feel welcomed. If looking for membership I highly recommend asking for Sherish.

The best place welcoming feels like a family when you come in. Excellent service, clean and friendly. Huge club lots of space, equipment and motivational environment. Personally, enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna for relaxation and destress. They recently got a whole bunch of upgrades, including new dumbbells, power racks, bumper plates, platforms for dead lifts, and now they're getting a recovery studio with cryotherapy, red light therapy, hydro watermassage chairs, and more. Love to see all the new improvements and looking forward to trying them out!

This is by far the best gym in Fairfield county. The cycling classes and Power Circuit classes give me exactly the burn I need and the sauna is a nice place to relax right after. I recently saw they partnered with urswim and can’t wait to sign my daughter up so she can learn how to swim and enjoy the shallow pool. Shake world is the place to go especially before or after my workouts. Overall the staff is amazing and the place is pretty clean 👏🏽

Very kind and understanding staff. Plenty of machines, great variety; and they have instructions on almost every machine. Also has a beautiful Crossfit and other forms of training areas. Interactive classes and swimming + sauna. GREAT for training, especially if you need squat rack and bench. Good amount of Bumpers for training. Hard to find other gyms in the area but this location has everything. Great staff and layout, Really appreciate being able to train heavy and do REAL lifting apart from the many machines.

Love the brand new PRT training room, their group workouts are spectacular! I’m excited to try their Rezen recovery studio when that opens soon. I’m very interested in the cryotherapy and red light therapy! Definitely enjoy the heated swimming pool and dry sauna in the locker room. Jacuzzi is pretty nice as well. The staff here is also very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend everyone try La Fitness in Trumbull!

Loved this gym! It has a variety of everything here. I was impressed to see the raquetball courts, pool and different workout rooms aside from all the cardio equipment, free weights and other gym equipment. I am definitely impressed and will join when I move back to town.

La fitness has all of your workout and sauna needs. The staff is incredible and the facility is super clean. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking to have a great workout.

The trumbull location is the best location out of all the ones i’ve been to in recent years. The pool and spa are very well kempt, the facility has all of the things I need for a great workout, and the boxing equipment helps me prepare for my upcoming matches. The InBody machine they have is pretty cool to use as it tells me all about my muscle and body. Great club overall

This is my favorite gym in CT. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the gym is very clean. My favorite part of this gym is the PRT program and training room. I have enjoyed attending the group PRT sessions and all of the trainers are very knowledgeable about health and fitness. Since joining this gym, I have seen progress in my body and mindset about exercise. I highly recommend the Trumbull L.A. Fitness if you are just starting your fitness journey!

I really like the classes they offer here and I appreciate Sherish the manager helping me by using the translator to sign me up. Very professional.

Great staff specially Emmy from front desk was super helpful and friendly, and sales dude Allan very knowledgeable of prices and the gym. Would love to see the pool open, otherwise good gym
