Love the food at Panera! Green Goddess Caprese Melt was awsum!

Stopped in late on a Thursday night in November and were very kindly told by Gabby R. that they were out of baguettes and romaine :( she let us know that we could easily swap the romaine for spinach if we wanted and get an alternate type of bread. She was very apologetic and kind in letting us know and it did not deter us at all. Later, Gabby stopped by our table to ask how our meal was and offer us some pastries on the house because of our understanding of the out of stock items and because the restaurant was closing soon. We spoke with her about her life and learned that she was in school part time while working at Panera. We loved hearing how dedicated she was to getting to know her customers and how she always led with kindness, even with tough customers. Thank you gabby R for making our trip to Panera amazing and i will be back if i ever come back to Fairfield!!

I love coming here in the mornings to work on my laptop and sip my coffee. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is clean and appealing!

My mom with Alzheimer’s loves Panera, particularly their chicken soup. We have been to many, but the people who work at the Black Rock Turnpike location are caring and helpful. They brought us our order and usually take our dirty dishes. Make sure to tip them and offer a kind word. Thank you for a great experience for my mom and me. 🌞

A great Panera!! Lovely ambiance and quick service.

Came here with a group of 5 and after a short wait we were able to sit together even during the busy lunch hour on a weekend. Parking was easy. Lot and premises were neat and clean. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. My food came medium fast and was tasty and reasonablly priced. I like this chain and rely on it for getting together with friends for casual meals, both lunch and dinner. I have only had good experiences here and recommend it for a break from the usual fast-food places.

Had lunch with a small group of friends that have been wonderful to me since my stroke. I ordered lunch of salad and assorted sandwiches. It came with extra goodies, the sandwiches were unique and delicious as was the salad. All very inexpensive. I would highly recommend it.

Food is always freshly prepared and smells and more importantly tastes great! The staff are helpful and attentive, and we've never had an order messed up since they review your order before checkout. Can't say the same for all Paneras but the one on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield is top of its class!

A great place to stop for a good and healthy meal. Over the years, Panera Bread has been consistent in maintaining quality, reasonable prices and healthy choices. The soups are perfect when the weather is cold, in particular the turkey chilli. The one thing I miss is the lobster roll. Hope they bring it back next season.

My favorites are the Mediterranean sandwich, baja mac and cheese, tomato soup, and regular mac and cheese. Their bread is fantastic whenever I come here and their teas are also very good and unique. Perfect for vegetarians especailly who want something heavier to eat. Very clean setting and nice general color scheme and interior design. The whole place gives off very cozy vibes. Friendly staff is also a plus from me.

Good food, but not as happy about last minute orders, however they were still very friendly.

I love this place fast fresh food, served in a clean comfortable environment with strict adherence to the covid regs set forth by the CDC. Every other table is open and masks are mandatory. Outside di ing is also available as well as curbside take away so in conclusion the food is good and the place is clean.

Best cafe ever! Staff & service is amazing and so friendly, food is amazing and so good, it is also super clean. My kids and I love this place. It is our #1 choice & spot.. Thanks!

The "Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup" is the best soup I've ever tasted. This is now my favorite item from Panera (and I did not have one, before).
