Apple Trumbull

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the apple greeter, techs, sales persons and Genius Bar men and women of this Apple Store.. they could not have been kinder, more professional and thorough. I want to especially thank(I believe her name is Ti and William. My late husbands voice mails , all I have left to hear him say I love you you were painstakingly backed up when it became necessary to face that I would have to get a new phone, even thought they tried all they could to make it work property , and William who made the entire process of getting that phone, making sure all was done PERFECTLY, and answering my every question with a smile. Thank you Apple for spectacular customer service.

Everyone was warm and welcoming at my appointment. I am grateful for the support of two folks in particular, Nkulu and T. Nkulu greeted me and assisted with scheduling my appointment at the best possible time for me. T made sure I got my AirPods up and running at my appointment today. She even made sure she saved my old AirPods case to put it on my new one. Kindness makes the world go round and these two have no shortage of it. (:

I had to get a new laptop and the customer service provided to me by Jean was amazing! He talked me through everything and spoke well so I could understand what he was saying. I know sometimes I go to an electronics store and walk out more confused than when I walked in, but Jean helped me make sure I was confident and understood everything about what I had purchased.

Went to this store for the first time today, without an appointment. I was accommodated within 20 minutes and ending up making a much needed purchase. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly. So glad that I happened along their store today!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in because I deleted my hard drive as I was attempting to wide clean my laptop 😖 I made an appointment online (this part was a bit tricky though) and the staff promptly took care of me. Best part of all, they did not make me feel like a fool 😂

Nice & Professional as other Apple Store

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tia in the Trumbull Apple Store, she was very helpful/considerate as I was already having a horrible day and coming across a positive soul like herself helped a lot!

Great package deal for traveling to foreign countries

I walked in and within a minute I was greeted and offered help. I was introduced to Phil and he was a great help and had a positive attitude, by the end I was able to make my purchase, received info on the ipads I bought and was informed about the monthly workshops held in store(which one was going on while I was there). I am a Google guy but it was an amazing experience dealing with Phil and William, check them out.

The staff is outstanding to there customers. There not customers to the staff their family to the staff. Just awesome

Wait was a little long but the customer service is so good it makes up for the extra few minutes. It’s nice when people actually give a **** about your issues try really hard to fix it and actually come up with good solutions on top of it. I’m going to use this location from now on

The A team at this Apple Store. They worked through issues coming from AT&T and were able to get us in and out efficiently. Isaac is the one to go to about products, very knowledgeable!

Very courteous, helpful, and especially available for you. If you're not sure about buying an iPhone, tablet, or laptops then go to the store and try it out yourself. Take as much time as you need. If you don't like after trying out then don't buy it, no pressure. If you do like it then they're there to help you with the purchase. They're not allowed to activate the new phone, which you have to do yourself so make sure you have your Apple ID and password with you once you do decide to purchase.

I came in after multiple failed attempts at a T-Mobile store while transferring the data from one phone to another. I initially came in without an appointment and was told there was a 3 hour wait. However, a kind representative was able to get me squeezed in with a specialist within 30 minutes. The data was transferred and the phone was as good as new within 20 minutes. A smooth and efficient experience.

Helpful employees. They know how to speak to their customers in a polite/professional way.

Just had a great experience in the Trumbull apple store with Robert. My Face ID and camera were not working so I set an appointment. They got me in right away and I walked out with both items working again within 30minutes. I was fully expecting pushback and/or having to send my phone out for lengthy repairs(who can do that these days). I am so thrilled with the service there, just incredible.

From the moment I walked in, I had staff coming up to me and asking if I needed any help or I was being taken care. Unfortunately, my 2015 MacBook Air was unrepairable unless I paid almost $500 for it so it wasn’t worth it to me. So I decided to trade it in for an iPad which I have never owned before. Will convinced me to go for the iPad which was much more practical. He gave me honest and realistic advice. He deserves a raise! Very pleasant and helpful.
