Amanda Tompkins - hands down one of the best stylists in the valley. I’ve been fortunate to have been going to Amanda for almost ten years. I’ve followed her from her previous salon to Savvi and she has always treated me right.
Her prices are competitive, she has extensive training in color and she is phenomenal with blondes! Having a stylist that knows your hair history is a must, and building a relationship for healthy hair with Amanda over the last decade has been a wonderful experience I have enjoyed the whole time.
In addition to being absolutely fantastic at the work she does, she has the most fun personality of anyone I know. It’s always so fun to chat while she’s doing my hair - it’s a mini vacation every time! Just missing the drinks :)
Amanda is centered on hair health in addition to achieving client goals. This combination of work is what you should look for when looking for a stylist (but unfortunately isn’t something a lot of stylists focus on). I am happy to say my hair journey with Amanda has lead me to incredibly soft and healthy hair. As someone with A LOT of hair (like a lot lot), it is always a task to treat, wash and style my hair. Having healthy and soft hair is a must, and Amanda has helped me obtain beautiful colored hair that always gets compliments.
I can’t thank her enough for all of the wonderful work she’s done with me over the years. If you’re looking for an educated, intelligent and overall fun person to take care of your hair health and style - I could not recommend Amanda more!

Amanda Tompkins- the only person I’ll trust with my curly hair! She’s professional, listens and makes suggestions and always has good conversation. I’ve never had a bad experience. The salon itself is relaxing, the chairs are comfy and the other staff are friendly as well.

I have tried several hairdressers here in Kalispell during the last 3 years and Amanda is the best by a long shot. I love the color, the cut (which was a repair of my bad home job) as well as her warm friendly service. So happy to find her!

Claire was super conscious about my attachment to my LONG hair and made it happy and healthy without taking too much off! She worked fast, but was thorough and clean! And she let me talk all about my own small business! Highly recommend her if you need a hair stylist who’s going to treat you and your hair right!

Jess the owner and massage therapist made the whole experience possible, and she didn’t even laugh at me when I fell asleep during the message (7 newborn puppies the day before will do that to you!) her massage was perfect and exactly what I needed, she made sure I was comfortable, asked if the pressure was right, and made my whole day a relaxation trance dream! She even gave me a gift bag at the end for spending the whole day with them!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this establishment and every person in it! Support your small business owners, independent contractors, and local businesses because they are the ones that keep this valley going. I will absolutely be sending everyone I know to Savvi!

After years of searching, I finally found her, the master stylist I’ve been looking for.

Amanda’s pride and attention to detail is evident with every cut. She will listen to you, which is something I can't say about all hairdressers. I felt like she really cared about what I wanted. In the end, it was the best haircut I’ve ever had. Now that I’m familiar with her work, I’ll be back for hair color and highlights.

If you’re looking for “the one," give Amanda a try. You will be a customer for life.

Victoria W did such a great job highlighting and cutting my hair! She is very passionate about what she does and super knowledgable on all the best and latest products for each hair type. I would highly recommend her for a cut and/or color!

Jen always does an amazing job and is super detailed and creative! I always get so many compliments on my nails and the gel nails stay on for 2-3 weeks. Everyone is very friendly at the salon!
