MontanaSky Fast Fiber Wireless Internet & Network IT Service

Over all they provide good Internet service. I give them a 5 star rating on their customer service, they have always been wonderful. They have provided me with multiple routers over the years, one that accidentally got smashed they gave me a new one no questions asked. I've been a customer for over ten years. Every once in a while the signal goes down but it's somewhat rare. It's a good service at a good price in my honest opinion. I would recommend for anyone in a rural location.

We have been nothing but impressed with our Montana Sky internet. We live in Lakeside and the connection and speeds have been truly impressive. No issues with working from home, conference calls, or streaming. We did get on the list for StarLink quite some time ago and when it became available we thought we better give it a try because of how fast it is supposed to be. Let me tell you, it is nothing to write home about. We had a lot of issues with our Starlink. The speeds were very inconsistent as well as the connection. What we were told (and personally experienced) is that when it switches from one satellite to another there is an interruption. You really see and feel this on conference calls and when streaming. It was to the point where I had to completely turn video off for my calls. And the besides all that, they have zero customer service. If you have an issue, there is no one to call and no one to come assist you. If you're like me, I don't have time and am not technically patient enough to be troubleshooting and fixing my own internet.

Overall, you just can't beat Montana Sky. The speed and connection are great. The pricing is more than fair. And their service is the best. You call and if they can't fix it over the phone, they come right out. Best internet service we've ever had.

I am more than stoked with their customer service. Had some hiccups in the begging but they came through in the end. I will update if there are any problems in the future.

I'm a new customer to the wireless Internet. When the technicians came out to install my device they were friendly efficient and clean. Anytime I have called the shop they have been courteous and helpful. Where I live it is the fastest most reliable Internet I can get and I'm very happy that they did expanding in my area. I would recommend anyone to use Montana sky networks.

I just want to say that MontanaSky rocks! My router was not working properly and within an hour of calling them, they had me up and running with a new one in no time at no cost to me! Highly recommend due to their customer service, their internet service, and friendly staff!

If I could give MontanaSky 10 stars I would! I have had them as a provider for almost as long as they have been in business and no matter what the issue, they reply immediately and fix the problem!
I went to the dark side and used Century Link once for a short time because stupidly I thought it might be a good idea. I was so so so wrong! Couldn't wait to get back to Montanasky where they take care of you!

The best internet we’ve had, and as a huge bonus, they provide such excellent service. It’s apparent that they truly care! So refreshing, and such a massive departure from other ISPs I’ve had in the past. We love our Montana Sky Service!

In the past ten years, we’ve had three different internet providers in the valley. I have nothing but good things to say for MontanaSky. Their internet isn’t spotty, customer service is super fast and efficient, even after business hours. Plus, it’s also the most bang for your buck. I wouldn’t hesitate if you’re thinking of switching over, their worth the hassle!

We have been very happy with Montana Sky. We switched from CenturyTel, which was constantly dropping connections and was slower than advertised. We have had no speed problems and minimal connection issues with Montana Sky, and those minor problems have been situations out of their control (like a fiber optic line accidentally cut by construction.) And they announce the problem right on their website home page when something like that happens, so we are kept in the loop and have some idea what to expect. My husband is a Systems Admin, so we are well aware of the insanity that comes with tech, and these folks are doing a nice job.

Did I mention we also saved money every month?

Dumping CenturyLink for MontanaSky LTE service was a no brainer, I only wished that the LTE service was available sooner. Thank you for consistent internet speeds and the professional installation. Definitely RECOMMEND over CenturyLink!

Have had MTSky for 4 years and the service has been excellent! We also use them at my place of business and have never been down once. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Techs here treat customers with respect, they call back days later to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. DSL service is reliable.

Early on a Saturday morning and they were not only fast they were extremely courteous and professional in solving the problem.
