Littman Jewelers

For Christmas my Fiancé decided to buy me a Movado watch from Littman Jeweler’s. He was concerned that my wrists are small so they were ever so courteous enough to offer sizing the watch before he left the store, not ever bringing up that once they do this he can’t return the watch.
He went to return it today and they said you had it sized we can’t accept a return on it, it states so on the receipt. He said but it was sized before I even paid for it and no one brought that to my attention so please explain how you look at the receipt before I pay for it.
After you spend that kind of money on a watch that is how you are treated?
I will also make Movado aware of the kind of company they have selling their products.
