Prices are much more reasonable than the competitors, and the service was Excellent: Abe, Evette and Kyle were super helpful and attentive - will definitely be back for future orders!

I bought a laptop at the Fairfield store and I can’t say enough positive things about Noah in tech services. He went out of his way to help me find the best laptop for my needs and even helped me to find online reviews of certain models. He has a customer-first approach and is extremely knowledgeable about computers and tech services. I’d buy another computer from Noah again.

This is the 3rd time I've come in and been swept away with such wonderful service. I have recieved service at both the print/ copy shop and the front of the store. Casey helped me October 23, I think she is the marketing manager. She was wonderful. I went early in the morning, someone was already with her. She was able to multi talk and help us both. She also told me I could leave my usps packages I was mailing there and saved me a trip to the post office! I'm so appreciative. I know there was also a man name Justin who provided great customer service & a student in the copy section tall this twisted hair, I can't remember his name. Five stars. Keep up the great work!

I had to come back and write another review, again 5 stars. I can't count the number of times I have been in this location in the past 3 months, over 2 dozen at least. I have had my daughters bridal shower and wedding. I have printed, so many signs I have stopped counting. We are finally finished, wedding is over and it was a huge success because of the GREAT employees at the PRINTING counter at Staples. They are ALWAYS crazy busy, the phone is non-stop ringing (which I have no idea why anyone would call if they have been there). Everyone of the staff in this department have been more than helpful, professional and at the peak of craziness, never rude or did I ever feel rushed. Thank you for all your help and patience with me.... You guys are amazing..... Keep up the great work

Alexi will take care of you. Forget the self serve machines that break, are unserviced, and make you pay for machine error. The ruse that it will be done in an hour for your printing needs at Staples belies the kind and serving attentive exceptional excellent service of a great man with a good heart. It took just a few minutes.

I am really satisfied with the customer service that I received from the sale associate Noah. He was very professional and knowledge of his job duties and the merchandise sold at Staples.

I have to say I’ve been coming to this Staples for a while now and I have never had a bad experience, but I probably have had the best experience when it comes to an employee that interacts with customers. Casey was amazing! She asked me how my day was going, offered and informed me about signing up for Staples rewards, and just overall was a very pleasant person. If every place I go to has a “Casey” as an employee, I believe consumer experiences would be the best. If Casey is not the manager, she should be. If she is the manager, give her a raise and keep her.

Employees were very informative and very helpful. Other companies need to see their examples and learn from true professionals. Paul was so helpful that it cut my shopping experience and time in half the time. Paul was on point and accurate with the information that he provided for me and my kids.

Always a pleasant experience. Great selection of office supplies. Staff mostly friendly and willing to help.
Wouldn't hurt if they had a staff member to help load heavier items such as paper boxes and printers.

I would like to commend Zakai Williams,at the Fairfield CT location for exceptional customer service that he provided to me and all the other customers in spite of the customer demand that was taking place at the time. He is very professional and well experienced in the print department. Best customer Service I have seen in a long time.

I went to the Staples, Fairfield location yesterday and they were INCREDIBLE. I had to go to the photo section to get some "lost dog" posters done. Casey and Robin were wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend going there. Thank you Staples, Fairfield, for all your help!

Nice people. Eshawny (I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong) from the printing section was really helpful In helping me with my resume print job. He is an asset to the team and should get a raise or bonus.
