Mr. Robert Hughes and Melissa in office as well as Joe and entire maintenance crew I have met Dale, Armond, Carl, and other mntc HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL at all times. Very respectful as well as thorough during the signing of lease. Mr. Hughes carefully and very thoroughly explained each page. I give him alot of credit as female admin I had spoke to on phone a handful of times had just left her position and newly hired Joe was on zoom. Orientation process was very helpful. I see alot of organization here to make this place a pleasant and clean as well as safe place to live. Realistically any apt or condo complex has their small issues but I see alot of teamwork here between Mrhp as well as alot of residents that do help each other with groceries and sharing of donated items. It's very nice to see 👀 random acts of kindness. The location is perfect and I just moved in last month and I believe with patience and creativity I can make this studio my quiet zen space of Tranquillity. Having a bad knee as well as strict weight loss goals and many personal goals I believe 🙏 I can be Very happy here to continue my health and wellness goals. The community room as well as indoor washers and dryers and garbage chute ON every floor is a huge plus and will be even more appreciated in the winter months Parking is great as well as visitor parking. Lots of cameras everywhere which is appreciated in today's crazy world and hopefully deters criminal activity. The biggest plus is my 🐕 dog is welcomed and many dogs in the surrounding Apts and condos so Gizmo is happy and when my dog is happy. IM HAPPY 😊

Absolutely horrible melissa is very ignorant, u can tell by her voicemail for one and when u speak to her and try to give her a chance she continues the ignorance, very very unprofessional if ur to work for the state or even assist with any help for the state but holds conversations with others while ur on the phone and treats you like garbage not even 2 minutes into a conversation
