Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

The room was clean, the staff were polite. It was quiet, they even waited till almost 11 am before they started construction work in the parking lot. The breakfast was nice, stronger coffee can be found in the office. Check in time and check out took legit 30seconds. The location was fantastic as it was center to everything we wanted to do. I loved how they had cameras in the parking lot, and the overall property was clean! Will def stay here again

We stayed in a room with a whirlpool tub, and were pleasantly surprised by the nice decor. The fireplace was a nice touch. The front desk was helpful and pleasant. The room was stocked with several bottles of shampoo, and it was suggested that we could use it for a bubble bath - a good idea that we enjoyed.

We got in super late, I think about 11 or midnight. The lady at the front desk (I forgot her name, but really sweet) checked us in. We chatted a bit about our previous motel/hotel experience and she told us if our room wasn't to standards she would change our room. That was a really nice of her and great customer service. The room was decent for the price and bigger than expected. The shower/bathroom looked tiny, but the lighting was great. Breakfast was phenomenal. Even though it was a continental breakfast, there was loads of options. Bagel, donuts, toast, cereal, boiled eggs, full size yogurt, coffee, milk, and juice. Definitely would recommend this place and use their services again. Keep up the great work.

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay here. I normally don’t choose the Econo Lodge chain but this one was definitely worth it. You definitely want to pay a little extra for the King Suite with a fireplace. Not a real fireplace, of course, but it made the room so cozy. It had a love seat to enjoy the small electric fireplace and watch tv. Nice wooden framed bed. Not the best mattress out there but we slept just fine. It has a jacuzzi tub and the jets worked wonderfully. The shower had great water pressure. Overall, a very cozy room and worth a stay in this lodge style hotel.

Staff was wonderful & we stayed for the Jacuzzi tub to help a Spinal injury & was Rushed by Ambulance to ER & the staff was very caring & helpful!! We also stayed 1 other time about 18 months prior & it was Great then also!! Room was Beautiful with Many Amenities for the cost!! Reasonable price for the Amenities. Also Very Clean & all in working order.We will stay again...Hopefully Soon!! Thank U for making our stay So Comfortable!!

Great! Steve at the front desk was super helpful with everything and made the stay awesome for everyone. Room was quiet, staff very friendly, hot water and ax both worked beautifully and when any small issue would pop up, it was just a quick call and it was solved. Great customer service!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Room was clean and comfortable. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect a Hilton set up. Parking lot was well kept, also. Breakfast is the usual for this chain, I didn't have any, since I go to work too early, but from what I've seen on my last day, it looked better than some other econolodges. Great pillows! Front desk was friendly at both check-in and check-out time. Housekeeping did a good job job as well.

It was beyond excellent!!! The room was booked under my boyfriends name Our reservation was Feb 7 but my flight didn’t arrive until midnight and the front desk had already reserved my room as we called in advance. Since I was traveling from NY I was very anxious about the room and it being clean since I didn’t want to encounter any situation at midnight I spoke to the front desk representatives a few times and they were SUPERRRR (I recall speaking to Steve and tom and another guy I believe he was Indian superrrrr helpful!) nice and answered all my concerns and made sure the room was clean and perfect for us!! I asked for a late c/o on the 11th as my flight was later that evening and the front desk agent was super nice and let us check out at 3 even tho we did end up leaving earlier so that was appreciated. I have no more words to express how much I enjoyed my stay it was just PERFECT!!! And I’m already working on booking again for May I really look forward to staying here again wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I’m visiting kallispell or white fish area. One thing that was upsetting was the wifi it was really slow hopefully by my stay in may that will improve as I work remote. But besides that everything was beyond excellent!! See you guys in May

Thank you for having smoking rooms! I was in Kalispell for surgery and was quite anxious about it so being able to smoke sure made it more comfortable for me. Great friendly staff and nice clean rooms made our stay great! Our room was older with cigarette stains on furniture that upsets me. Why do some people do things like That? It is so disrespectful and makes it hard for those of us that smoke!!

The location is wonderful as it is only a few minutes from Main Street Kalispell. All of the staff is friendly with actual smiles and upbeat attitudes, that was a pleasant surprise to me and my family. The beds were comfortable and normal amenities such as a mini fridge and microwave.

Hotel was in a great location, and looked very nice outside, beautiful flowers, and the rooms were adequate inside. Beds were excellent. The best part is that my daughter lost one of her ear buds and the hotel found it in the parking lot and mailed it to us. Thanks incredibly nice. Thank you.

extermly dog & people friendly, wifi/tv connection great, stayed connected even when taking my do across the way for potty breaks. Very quite, never heard anything throu the walls. had non smoking room because i was sharing room, but they have very comfortable outdoor, covered smoking area's with clean chair's. very clean and well maintain breakfast/coffee area with dinning area & it's open 24/7. great, friendly, & quick with anything you need staff. can't find better anywhere else.

The staff were congenial and friendly. The breakfast fare was wonderfull. Had a great stay in town with this as our base. There were absolutley no cleanliness issues and the rooms were well maintained, tidy and attractively decorated. I MUST find out where they got the pillows. Ther beds were very comfortable. Cant find a single thing to be amiss.

We loved our stay here. We had a king suite for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. Also, all of the staff we had contact with were very friendly. Because of COVID19 there was no breakfast served, however we did fine without it.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a small continental breakfast in the morning. It was a very short drive from downtown and right next to gas, coffee, and food.

As strange as it may sound I'm giving 5 stars for a cancelation!! I had booked through a third party and unforeseen events prompted me to cancel the day before check-in. Going back through the third party I was informed that canceling so close to the check in date would result in full payment, with no reimbursement available. I reached out to the Econo Lodge in Kalispell and spoke to Annie at the front desk. She offered to call the third party vendor on my behalf. About 10 minutes later I had a phone call with approval for my cancelation with a full reimbursement!! I am so grateful for Annie's kindness and amazing customer service. She had no obligation or incentive to advocate for me, it was above and beyond my expectations. Based on this interaction alone I will book with Econo Lodge Inn the next time I go through Kalispell. Thank you!!

My family and I travel a lot and are currently en route to AK from GA and we like econo lodges because they are pet friendly and also budget friendly. And this is one of the nicest econolodges we have stayed at. Very cute hotel, nice and clean rooms, comfy beds.

This is our second stay here just as great as the first time extremely clean quiet and the staff was wonderful that's all shifts it's great come stay for yourself and eat next door at the casa Mexico it's definitely a good choice. Thank you for making our stays so nice see you again.

The room was great...the bed was very comfortable....in walking distance to some restaurants and casinos....dusti is very nice and very personable 😊
