Western Outdoor Store

I lived in Montana a couple of years ago and was gifted a mug that had great sentimental value to me. I live in Utah now, and sadly I broke the mug. After some Internet research I discovered Western Outdoor carried the mug! When I called inquiring, they were very kind and helpful in ensuring the mug they carried was indeed the same one I broke, and went through the trouble to ship it to me! The mug arrived very well packaged and protected. I am so happy they were able to assist me and help me replace this item. Please visit this great store with kind people working in it!

Love this store...today I was shopping for gifts, the staff was very helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted but was able to find the perfect gifts. The Western Outdoor Store has a huge selection of Western Wear and gifts for all budgets.

Awesome! Western wear store with a antique store in the basement. The antique store features booths/ kiosks from over 40 different vendors with all manner of antiques! Better free up an entire afternoon if you plan on visiting! Make sure you go next door to Norm's for an ice cream soda!

Absolutely Love this store! A Must Stop if you come to Kalispell! Staff is friendly, selection is hard to beat. The Antique store downstairs is just as Great! So many many fun items available.

🙅🏿‍♂It's a western superstore. Didn't find the ostrich leg boots I've been looking for, but I did get some gangsta bisons to match the belt and buckle I already had. Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thank you sir. Everyone in the store were very welcoming, warm and friendly. Great Military support. Fun store to explore around, they have lots to choose from and a very friendly and attentive staff. We were able to buy some souvenirs and gifts for our trip and they were nice enough to wrap them up. I think we forget what true customer service looks like, well Western Outdoor did not forget!

What a great Store!! Really gorgeous selection of cowboy / girl boots. From the conservative to super flashy, they have something for every taste. Lots of jeans, shirts and the usual western style apparel (adults & kids). Leather goods, coats, hats and a crazy selection of flamboyant cowboy belt buckles. Other interesting items include Indian jewelry and plush toys depicting Montana wildlife. Super helpful staff and they are located on one of the main streets downtown Kalispell so easy to find. Street parking was a bit of a challenge but it's a small town and if you drive around the block once or twice, you will find one.

Great store, very sad we didn’t find until our last day while visiting Glacier NP. There is western store up top, and antique store below and an old style soda fountain next door (Norm’s). Great customer service and some excellent products. There was a mix of foreign made products snd done actual Made in the USA products. Very inviting place - highly recommend.

Best place I've found to get boots, great selection and surely you'll find something you need while looking around.

Absolutely awesome spot! Must check out, staff were extremely patient and helpful. Had to pick up a pair of boots for my sister and they helped her find the best pair. Lovely place will visit again. Good way to leave Montana, a must visit!

I came here so I could pick myself up a nice hat and a good pair of boots, and I got exactly that. Heather helped me pick out my first Stetson, and she shaped my hat perfectly. She was awesome, as well as everyone else who was working there. If you ever find yourself in Kalispel, definitely stop by here.

This place was incredible. They have a ton of western brands, boots and hats. The best part is how helpful the staff are. I needed my old John Wayne hat reshaped and Kim did an amazing job. She shaped it just the way I wanted and had it done when she said it would be. The price was great too. Thanks Western Outdoor Store.

Went in to get my son some new school clothes & a new cowboy hat that fit - he'd grown out of the last one. The ladies were all amazingly helpful, patient & pleasant even though it was getting close to closing time. The ladies checked with us periodically to see if we needed anything but not so much to feel pushy. After he chose a hat they were more than happy to steam shape it to exactly how he wanted it checking with us a couple times as they shaped it & making suggestions that made his new hat a perfect fit. All while we continued to shop for a new pair of boots, a vest & a belt. 💙🤠🐎🐂

I bought a Resistol cowboy hat here a few years ago and plan on returning this summer to pick up a new lid. I love this store and the staff is amazing. I look forward to my road trip back to Kalispell.
