Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went for an oil change and Michael checked all my lights, air filter, filled washer fluid, checked tire pressures plus air, and changed my oil! It only really took about 15 minutes. Now I'm good until after Christmas. Thank you for such a professional job well done!!

I love going to Valvoline for the maintenance of my vehicles. The crew is always amazing, funny and even when the days are tough they always have the best attitude. Service is pretty fast and efficient and the price is not bad.

Maria got me set for a road trip getting my oil changed and checking all the fluids, lights and wipers for me. Maria was kind, helpful and explained every step of the process (that was extremely fast!!!). I even found a coupon online which i was able to use 🙌🏽 it was drive up with like a 2 minute wait, so it was perfect for me to get on the road. Highly recommend!!

Volvoline is super streamlined for oil change. I didnot have to step out of the car and they checked my air filters too while the assembly line changed the oil. Super efficient !

Every time I go here, the people are always so nice! This time I had Daniel, who was very kind and patient explaining why oil stabilizer would be a good idea for my car. I agreed, and he added it for a great price-and sure enough when I started my car again it didn’t do a dry start! Daniel was extremely patient with all of my question and answered them so now I have a better understanding of my car’s needs. Thank you Daniel

Valvoline in Fairfield Ct gave my car a full service synthetic oil change today.
I can give this particular Valvoline a 100 star rating! From the moment we pulled up the staff was courteous and welcoming.
Any questions we had were answered directly. The 3 car bays were full and had cars waiting behind them.
The service technician was personable and easy to chat with. He explained any and everything that would be involved in a full synthetic oil change. When I mentioned the Groupon coupon his demeanor did not waiver.
This was my first experience with Valvoline and Groupon . All the techs present were busy and working together at their specific tasks. I felt comfortable that I had made the right choice coming to the Fairfield Valvoline store.
I respect and value the skill of all (our service tech team) who do their choice of livelihood while looking confident, comfortable and caring as they work … the “someone has to do my job it might as well be me” mindset in action!

This place is so professional and awesome. They were clear and didn’t try and catch me with anything I didn’t know about. Rosie and Anthony spoke clearly and they communicated clearly they entire time.

Very quick and professional service. Had an oil change and a headlight bulb replaced on a busy Saturday. The price was very good, too. Look online for oil change coupon to save even more. Will definitely go back again.

Excellent service, great people, never disappointed. These guys seem to have good customer relations experience. Although they could probably use a different supplier for their wiper blades; Bosch probably should not be their first offering..

I have two teenage drivers and so there are four cars in my family, every car goes here for every oil change the guys are awesome they completely take care of everything the car needs they are always friendly and I never have to wait too long. On a few cars I've needed things like transmission fluid and batteries and the guys at Valvoline can't be beat. With four cars, I am probably at Valvoline at least once a month and every time you guys are awesome.

Very good customer service. It was my first time there for an oil change. As I drove up three friendly guys came out and greeted me. I was alighting from the car but they said sit tight, you dont have to. Hahaha. So in a jiffy my oil was changed while i was sitting in the front seat listening to music. Yes, life is just for living.

Manager Mathew & his staff were so polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Every member of the staff was welcoming and seemed to work well together.. when it turned out my broken ac belt was result of a broken pulley system The manager invited to me comeback with the parts & went above & beyond expected to fix it.. he was so gracious and truly helped me out, saved me a great deal of money & aggravation... I definitely recommend going to this location!!

Super friendly service, hands down they are the best! I'm a repeat customer so I know that their friendly service is their standard! No pressure to take additional services that are explained to me. They generally find a discount they can apply to my bill which is always appreciated. I ha e no reservation in recommending this location and their amazing staff!!

The staff is generally professional and friendly. The upsell is annoying but they tell you everything they can about your engine and car. Pricing is for the convenience, so it's high. I recommend it when you need it done quickly.
