Joel the owner knows more about wine than you can imagine. They have curated a great Selection at every price point. They don’t just sell you wine they help educate you about the wines while learning your preferences and lakes along the way. They do this without some of the snobby pretension you may find in other fine Wine stores. This is a great place and will treat you well. Good customer service is hard to find these days and they are phenomenal!!

The young man that usually works behind the counter is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions about product location or recommendations. The new owner Joel seems great as well. Joel helped me select a wine that paired perfectly with a dinner I was preparing for my wife. Thanks Joel!

Joel conducted a Rhone Wine Tasting at our home to celebrate our daughter's 21 birthday. The ages of the guests ranged from 21 to 82. EVERYONE enjoyed Joel's style of teaching. Joel's knowledge, sense of humor and selection of wine created a wonderful fun-filled evening for all of us.

Great place - I've been coming here since it was a pet store many years ago, lol. Today was my first visit to the current iteration, In Higher Spirits and wow! Great selection and prices. The walk-in fridge area is awesome. The owner suggested some canned margaritas to me and on the way to the car I dropped them like a big doof - he replaced the 4-pack at no charge. If you're in Fairifled County and you haven't been here you're seriously missing out.
