John the owner Is one of the most Sincere People I've Met. The Quality of Craftsmanship that goes on in this Place is beyond standards. I worked there for a brief moment a few years ago and I still remember the way things should be. I walked away with many lessons and a lot of experience after just 2 months. Bring your car here if you want it fixed with quality materials, care and craftsmanship. Soon after I left I started rebuilding Rare Classics. This one pictured is the only one left in the world and Car star in my heart helped me achieve it.

I had a fabulous experience getting my car fixed at New Britain CarStar! They were so kind and helpful throughout the process. At the car rental store I realized I didn’t have my drivers license. I called CarStar and they searched my car and found it between the seats! When I picked up my car, it had been detailed and looked like it was off the showroom floor! They are top notch and a delight to deal with!!

My poor car got into an accident… they did A GREAT JOB! Looks new.. better than before and SO CLEAN just drove it on the highway and around town - perfect

My mom had gotten into her first accident and we were desperate to find a shop that wasn’t backed up. This was our option and although I had never been here before I’m glad I made the right choice ! Every staff member was professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. They told us it would take up to 2 months to do repair and it actually took about a week to get the car back, it was so nice to hear the good news so early but again I’m glad they had told me it would take longer I can’t stand a place that sets you up. A special thank you to Leo who really made my feel at ease with this process. My mom is so happy and her car looks amazing !!

Excellent and kind service! I had an issue getting my old license plates off of my car due to rusted screws and John saw me the same day and was able to switch them out for me FOR FREE! Can't recommend this place enough. Will absolutely be going back.

This place is great!!! the serves are amazing and they are so easy to work with, they even helped me to deal with my insurance company, who i fought with the entire time. they even helped me to find my car after my insurance company lost it . if i had to ever go through that again I'm defiantly using car star in the future !!! Thank you to car star and your staff for every thing!!!!!

My car is restored to prior condition and i noticed they did fix something small that wasnt related to the accident but more of a window button issue and was very happy about that small detail they did a very good job beside having parts delayed, the work was very well completed and my car was clean as the day i bought it !!!

These guys are awesome. My truck was read ended at a stop light and they made it better than brand new. They helped me with everything from the insurance company to the rental car. D was amazing and really me made feel like my car was being taken care of! Bill was very knowledgeable of the work done to my truck and went over the whole process with me. Highly recommended!

Empire fixed my car after I was rear ended. There was extensive damage and Empire did an amazing job fixing it. They were able to get it done in a timely manner. They kept in contact with me the whole time, updating me on the progress. Honestly, it looks better now than before the accident. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service at Carstar in New Britain. Carmen from the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Leo oversaw the repairs and was extremely diligent and responsive. My vehicle was ready for pick up the morning after I dropped it off.

My experience with CARSTAR Empire was amazing. I got hit in the back of my vehicle and I immediately brought it to Empire. They said to bring the vehicle in right away and asked if I needed it towed if it was unsafe to drive. I showed up and all the paperwork was prepared for me, insurance was already contacted, and a rental was waiting out front. I didn’t have to do one thing! Everything was so efficient and every day there was an update to the progress of my vehicle. I knew exactly what was happening and I felt very confident in leaving it with Empire. My vehicle was fixed in a quick turnaround and was in brand new shape. Empire is very reliable and once they called, I showed up and my vehicle was ready to go, parked out front. It was even vacuumed and spotless. I wouldn’t have received any service like this anywhere else. This was the greatest experience I’ve ever had and I won’t go anywhere else!

I took my car to the CARSTAR Empire in New Britain, CT after being rear ended. Everyone with whom I dealt went out of their way to make my experience easy and pleasant. Deshond sent me personalized update e-mails every day to let me know how the repairs were progressing and was always very quick to get back to me (and extremely friendly) whenever I had a question. My car was finished ahead of schedule, and when I picked it up, I was able to leave my rental there, and the staff took care of returning it for me. Not only was the damage to the accident repaired, but they also cleaned my car inside and out and replaced a bulb above the license plate that they noticed was out at no additional cost. A fantastic experience! I would highly recommend them!

From the first time I called to make an appointment , to the day I picked up my car.. the process was so smooth and amazing!i didn’t even have to hassle with enterprise, as Carstar set that up for me.Rental was waiting for me when I went to drop of my vehicle. Deshond is simply amazing. So kind, and helpful. Sent me daily emails with updates. I will definitely be recommending friends and family here.
