Stop & Shop

Plenty of nearby parking,and several handicapped parking spaces. The store is neat and clean. New products stand out,so that you can see them readily available. Employees are helpful especially to elderly handicapped customers. This is something that is much appreciated. I will continue to shop there on occasion. Your store is somewhat out of my area,but I do have a Stop&Shop nearby,just not as huge as yours. I highly recommend this grocery store.

Brian was such a good person he really helped me alot when I was in store like a true professional in customer service and don't get me started with Teresa sorry if I misspelled but she's such a sweetheart helped me with my shoe she stopped what she was doing do she can help me all stores should inspire to be like this I'll never go to another grocery again ty stop n shop

Very friendly workers! Pleasant shopping environment! Lots of various product selections. Option for self check out, price scanner as you shop device available as well. They accept EBT, the GET from CCSU. There is a mobile app for coupons and there is a store cards to earn points and use for additional discounts.

My#1 grocery store for many reasons.. love earning points on gas then filling my 20gal suv with gas for around 2$per gallon.. great sales fresh products &produce. Staff friendly. The parking lot beat the can return can get lil hectic with thr locals but that's life!.lol

I love southington stop and shop. The people are very helpful. They ask if they could help me. As I walk by, they always say hello. The produce department have fresh Fruit and vegetables neatly placed and the meat department have very informative employees that help me purchase roast and give suggestions what are the tender pieces and ideas how to cook it

Clean, stocked and organized. The woman who checked me out was very nice and helpful. Pointed out sales I had missed. Gentleman bagging was helpful. Enjoyed my interaction. 4/19 am shift.

This is the store my wife and I shop at most often. Prices are generally higher than other stores but the sales are good when you catch them. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They obviously enjoy their jobs and it reflects in the customer experience. Also there is a public restroom which is convenient.

Yesterday I went in for the first time after the strike and the store is back in business and looking great!! We love you guys and I'm so glad everything is over and you're back!!! WOW!! This is the best Stop&Shop I have ever been to.Actually the best supermarket I've ever been in. Everything's easy to find. And a lot of new products that have not been out yet in other markets. The customer service is courteous and helpful. I just wish it wasn't at the opposite end of town for me. But I will definitely be going there at least once a month,possibly more as the weather warms up. BTW, they have a nice cafe,where you pick and purchase whatever variety of foods and there's nice spacious clean tables to sit at. I highly recommend this awesome supermarket.

There used to be this guy not that long ago named Zack (early to mid-twenties) who was a cart pusher and worked in the bottle return room. He always had the machines in the bottle return room working and he was always very nice. My mother and I usually go to return our bottles every month or so and we usually see him in there. We’ve seen him get yelled at by customers before, due to it getting crowded in that small room and people being impatient, but he doesn’t argue back and he is very polite and patient. An employee told me he left working at this stop and shop because of college, and good for him, the world needs nice people like him in the work field. Lastly the store itself is great, I love the cafe, this store always has what I need!

The place is clean wide aisles. Great selection of prepared foods, very nice salad bar. But what is most impressive is the section they call "Convenience Corner" right by the self check out. It has milk, bread, butter, eggs and other items so you can quickly get essentials without having to go all through the store. This should be in all their stores. Bravo!

I love shopping at this location! Lines are quick most days and the food is always fresh! The deli Sevivce is very friendly and on top of my orders quick over the phone and in person! Keep up the good work !

I did grocery pick up when it first started and it was terrible. Did it this time and wow. The app was super easy to use, prices were the same as in store. When I got there they went over what was substituted with me. Only a few things and they changed it to organic. Gisella came out and a customer was complaining to her about bees outside (like seriously what’s she supposed to do about it) she was super nice and told him she’d tell her manager. She wasn’t allowed to put the groceries in my trunk because I had a hatch but handed them to me and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault at a and caused me to inconvenience. I will always shop with online order pickup for now on. It was flawless and I called the manager to let him know.

This Stop & Shop has remodeled and it looks amazing!! Walking the isles is much better and I could actually find things I was looking for. I loved hiw they split the isles so you don't have to walk all the way down the isles to get to the other. Very nice setup! The staff was very helpful as well.

Love the new look! Came in after 9pm, dining area was closed, look forward to experiencing the like the setup of the rest of the store. Section of products made in the state I liked a lot, hope it stays.

I love this stop Shop I visit every week to get my groceries I expect to purchase everything once is on my list. do you copy me.hey let me tell you something I'm interested for organic products they have everything a little pricing but convince for me to get what I need.the employees are frendly and respectful. The store is very clean and register always open never have to wait.

Nice place to shop for food items. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The staff has been always friendly. You get good packed chicken and sea food items too. The bakery section is good too.
